to elaborate, yes, we should consider that more than 1 BP is a "no", but scum relies on town believing the no, and I think you're just trying to bully that belief rather than remain open to all possible considerations, which to me are kind of staring at me like "well, ya, it makes sense there are more than 1 because of all the vigs"
