This game setup seems pretty straight forward. Being able to lynch based off of probabilities is best and with a complete matrix of choices makes our odds of hitting scum that much better, not to mention clearing town when we nail scum in a pair. ZZZX, your method seems too convoluted when it doesn't need to be so. Lying doesn't seem to benefit scum from what I can tell, after all the only thing the matrix offers is probability and not absolutes, so there is that...

Scum Team can't be:

ZZZZX and Secret Agent Jin
OR
ArcAngel9 and Tenshii

I'm pretty sure scum wouldn't want the game to be "solved"...

This IS scum-hunting darling! Oh and if I am starting the popcorn. You are next! It's too bad I didn't get you in my picks, however someone else may have.

I am town 1-shot double voter. Fortunately, I already found the scumteam. Also I think we should scumhunt first, then reveal unpicks later on.
This is cute... I am actually kind of curious to see your picks.

That we should scumhunt before announcing picks.
Prevents a lack of drive.

Ok, what are you doing to scum-hunt? I counter with it produces the drive to scum-hunt. You have been at most speculating.

While I agree that having the full matrix will help us you have failed to show me why it is best to have it now.
I think OTOH that it is better to wait some for reasons already mentioned and because l think leaving scum in the dark for some time is more valuable than the knowledge having all the picks out right now would bring us.

Its better to have it now so that we have time to construct the matrix and evaluate it for most likely to be scum. It's another piece of the puzzle that will help back scum into a corner. The later we get it out, the less time we have to use it. What exactly are you leaving scum in the dark about? Tell me how you plan on catching scum by doing.... what exactly?

I will elaborate tomorrow when I get on a computer.
But days are long enough that I don't think time is that much of an issue. For the first days I intend to play as a normal mafia game.

Nah, we should claim before too much discussion. If we wait to long, scum will have opportunity to tailor their clears to the gamestate.

If someone obvtowns it up, then scum can just include them in their claimed picks.

While I completely agree about dun's method of scumhunting to decide the order Pro has broken that (and my plan) anyway. The idea about my plan was to force as many possible combinations since if scum was stuck they will "have" to get something unique unless they want to say they have picked 3/4 of the last picked people which seems very... unlucky but that doesnt matter now does it.

But the funny part is that Pro gets "tiny" town points as I dont see why scum would pick this first. its in no way a real read but Its something. Howver I'd like the rest of hte people to think to claim or not before they do and discuss it together. Since I think we can milk this system for what it's worth. Meanwhile ill prepare a 8x8 matrix to use meanwhile

only disadvantage of claiming (or advantage depending on how things are) would be making scum kills controlled. advantage is that they are wel... controlled.

disadvantage is that it disallows us from using hte claims system since the scum can get late game with barely any cleared pairs
