be. The meaning of "I don't have a reason to disbelieve you" is that, since we have no conclusive proof that there isn't an arsonist, I'm going to run under the assumption there is.

I also think the likelihood of it being a red-herring is minimal. Mod doesn't count on the FF flip to troll the players. If anything he's trolling the FF player, but, no, I don't think so. I like arsonist in a bastard game, especially with vonFLARE as said before. We have this one story in a game from my HS...I'll spare you...
