Paul voted for Julie simply because she mentioned her love for Jazzy, and there is no room in his heart for such pitiful human emotions. He had no idea other people felt the same way, and can only assume that's the reason she left.
Rachel was disappointed by the fact Julie had never won an individual immunity challenge and voted her as a floater, she might have worked with the other Julie voters on her tribe.
Dave and Troyzan were best buds who loved to lift weights at the beach since Day 1. They were practicing couples' yoga and were able to do several joint poses. However, one day Troyzan was complimenting Dave and said that he had a nice six-pack. Dave got pissed because he's actually got an eight-pack set of abs. Dave get so angry and roid-raged that he pulled up his underwear and gave himself a wedgie and then blamed it all on Troyzan. So Dave voted personally against Troyzan and he used his showmance Dan to vote out Troyzan too.
Neleh voted for Julie because she saw Neleh at night trying to get into her bag to snope around. Neleh woke up early in the morning to see what was happening. She saw Julie wearing her blouse and trying to bleach her hair two-toned as well using contact solution in the first aid kit. Neleh started talking about coffee and suddenly Julie was talking about Starbucks. Then Julie said she was from Mortland, Foregan and wanted to vote for Tulsi Gabbard too. Neleh couldn't handle the single white female shtick and voted out her doppleganger.
Reward challenge: Each tribe would select one member to hold a shoulder pole, and one "loader" who placed the buckets on the pole. The remaining tribe members would traverse a long balance beam with a pole on their shoulder with one bucket on either side and hang it on the opposing tribe’s pole. The winning tribe receives fishing gear with some fishing line, hooks, lures, and a net.

Dan voted the way Dave wanted (Double D alliance, innuendo fully intended). The other swept him off of his feet with his rendition of Rocket Man. As they held hands they discussed many things, including the demise of Troyzan.
Teresa was like, super jealous of Dan and Dan and in a fury of hatred for how close they really were, She like totally wrote Dan's name down. How dare he not make her, the heiress of the Toaster Strudel company, his favorite you know like right?
Troyzan's suspicion of the oncoming technological revolution, personified in friendly cyborg Paul, led to his demise in a stunning blindside that would rock Survivor: Over The Top, season 2.
Paul believed that blue-collar workers are taking back the jobs that robots originally started taking from them, and by removing him from the show there would be less advocacy for pro-mankind anti-mechanical sentiments like that. Again, he wasn't aware there was any consensus.
Rachel voted for Neleh because she heard that Neleh likes coffee and Tyson likes coffee and no one gets between her and her man.
Neleh voted for Rachel because Rachel wore army pants and flip flops. I don't think Neleh likes anyone that bears any resemblance to her. A bit egotistical are we Neleh? Does everything have to be about you? Can't you just sit down and accept your fate at F7 like everyone in previous seasons? Just because you're not in the dominant alliance, it doesn't mean you have the right to turn on your former alliance and upend the ruling party. Sheeesh Neleh. Oh and Neleh really, really wants to align with all the guys because she wants to get married in the next twenty days, so she's going to make any excuse to vote out any female competition.
Dan + Dave = Tru Luv 7eva. So after RocketMan, Dave decided that he needed to hide their romance despite all of his boyish giggling every single moment he got. He really, really, really wanted to hide it because he didn't want to be targetted for it, but then he can't stop stealing kisses once Teresa turns her head around. Also Dave voted out Troyzan because he thought that Dan will get jealous if he doesn't try to get rid of his former BFF.
Reward challenge: Each tribe must unscramble a slide puzzle, giving them a map to their reward of three egg-laying chickens and a rooster.

That season was so awful to watch. There were so many bad people, not least the winner ("women's role is in the kitchen", porn star, used car salesman, shot a puppy with a crossbow).
Dan and Rachel had an epic argument over whether or not he could really predict the weather by jiggling his man boobs. This lead to the most epic tribal blow up so far where Dan stripped his shirt off (much to the pleasure of Dave) and began to rub his moobs. Everyone (except Dave) cringed, but then it actually started raining. He assumed this did something to impress Neleh and it sent Rachel home. On her way home, he shouted "PREDICTED THAT TOOO BITCH!"
Teresa hates Dan. Screw the Plastics, that man whore moob grabbing sonufabeech had to go. She tried to convince others to vote for Dan...but somehow...Rachel didn't get wind of the plan? She still doesn't know what happened there and worries she might be the next to go...AND THATS SUPER NOT FAIR *epic confessional cry*
