I'm of the opinion that there is no way 1SVT would blatantly disobey the plan on Night 3 if he was scum.

The previous THREE lynches were because people broke/stated that they were breaking the plan.

Tammy said at some point (not sure whether in the neighborhood or in thread) that she mod-meta'd SirCakez and confirmed that he allowed scumbuddies to submit for each other.

Even if 1SVT actually didn't know the plan his scumbuddies would have submitted the correct room for him. Why risk disobeying the plan when people that had done that were punished EVERY DAY. It would at the very least bring about unnecessary suspicion.

A similar argument can be made for Peregrine today because of his missed action

Tammy also claimed to be good at reading Peregrine and town read him throughout the game so I am good with sheeping her on that
