Even if 1SVT actually didn't know the plan his scumbuddies would have submitted the correct room for him. Why risk disobeying the plan when people that had done that were punished EVERY DAY. It would at the very least bring about unnecessary suspicion.

Unless scum thought it better to not organize their actions to make it more believable, like in case with pere.
