Hey all, sorry for the absence. I'll try to post more frequently starting tomorrow I've just been swamped today.

I still think Sequencer is very likely scum, or at least has a lot of suspicious behavior.

The switch from (paraphrasing) "I said some stupid stuff so I can understand a lynch on me today" in post 735 to "I have no idea why people want to lynch me" in post 745 is just odd. Can't think of a strong scum motive to post either of these but the inconsistency makes me think that one of them could be part of a play.

Of course I don't consider the possibility that I'm the NK for two nights. That's Locust and Huntress.

This also seems weird. If the remaining scum is a roleblocker they'd probably assume that doc is protecting one of the conftown roles (likely Locust as he's a PR) and use their NKs elsewhere. Makes me think HS might have info on the setup we all don't.

The switch from (paraphrasing) "lynch HM -> Sobolev -> Me" in post 686 to "lynch sobolev -> hm -> josh" in post 727 (weird since Sequencer has a "very town" read on Joshl) to "we can lynch me today as long as we get HM and Sobolev later" in post 731 reads very fake. As well as the super transparent attempts to suck up to Howard/Huntress in post 733.

Lining up lynches like this is a bad idea. We have five players with unknown alignments and only three lynches left.

Care to explain more here? I can see why we wouldn't want to make any hard commitments since our reads might change but I don't see any difference between saying something like "I think we should lynch Sequencer -> HM -> Howard (assuming the first two flip town)" and "I think Sequencer is most likely scum, followed by HM, and followed by Howard". I did find the air of certainty that came along with Sequencer's line-ups pretty suss though.

Fair point but not enough to convince me. Aside from that if you think activity is alignment indicative why do you have such a strong town read on Howard? His posting strategy seems to be "pop in occasionally so people don't accuse me of lurking but don't get in the middle of any big action" kinda like Jackel.

After a review Josh is off my lynch list for today.

I'm back to my read of Human being Jackel's partner.

Her first vote on Jackel was rvs.
The second appeared to be just trying to get some action out of him.
In 259 she is scumreading Daya and SS, not even mentioning Jackel.
In 308 Jackel is "a little suspicious" but adds that his tables look legit.
After that she includes him in her scumlist but doesn't push him at all.
Then 460 reads like 'If that's the way the wind's blowing, it's time to bus.'.
She starts Day two by ruling out a bus by SS but changes her mind when short of viable lynch candidates.

I'm honestly still surprised I'm a lynch target considering how early I was on the jackel wagon and considering all the effort I've put into solving this game.

Third place place on the wagon is fairly normal for a bus. The placing shifted due to the unvotes and revotes surrounding the claim, but that was the position when you voted in 460.

I still need to review SS, but I completely disagree with Human's 688.

it doesnt matter why. it was still awful. even if he was 100000% confident in lets say sobolev being scum - he is just a vanilla townie. that is still a read and can therefore definitely be wrong, ESPECIALLY here in a newbie game. he killed off discussing his reads or his lynch. i have lolhammered myself so i cant exactly judge but it was stupid as fuck when i did it and it was stupid as fuck when he did it.

I still don't read Sobolev Space as scum, just null, which is worrying but not enough for me today.

however, howard's charming skill puts us in an awkward position. we actually DONT get to lynch sobolev and hellfire to win because tomorrow in a howard me hellfire lylo howard is going to lynch me. chop it however you want but he is and in that situation with hellfire as scum its game over. we could lynch hellfire today, but that just means howard will throw the game to sobolev scum tomorrow if hellfire is town. so basically, town only gets one more shot. locust and whichever noobie is a townie, you should think long and hard about your lynch because regardless of if it happens today or tomorrow im getting lynched by howard and theres nothing any of us townies can do about it.
