Your view is ill-informed.

Actions are neither scummy nor towny, it's the motives behind those actions that indicate alignment.

Self-voting is
typically
done as a function of AtE. However, that was not the case with algebra, so the usual suspicion of scum motive does not apply.

no, I only see scum-motives in a self vote - it's the worst move of the game for towny to do it and if towny did it they need to understand why it is bad - I just don't have the energy for that here because this isn't a noob game and it should be known to all players

God damn it, I am NOT okay with a No Lynch. I have said so repeatedly and emphatically. I was and am concerned that the Algebra/Shaddowez dichotomy was scum-driven, and I feel a LOT better about your lynch.

yes you've done a good job of reframing backtracking and nullifying that slip of acceptance of NL you first showed an inclination towards

Actions are not AI.

Motives are.

In post 467, Pine wrote:No. While I don't have Townreads on either, I don't see any good reason to SR them either. They're both lazy wagons. Further, I think that if either was on scum, there would have been a more concerted effort to push the other. The stagnancy of both suggests they're both Town. While I despise No Lynches, it's preferable to a mislynch.
Pretty sure this is the original quote. I don't want a No Lynch. I want a scum lynch. The rephrasing and reframing of my point was done by others, not by me.

Almost50 pisskop: Overall, that's a townie slot. Don't ask for specifics because with PK everything can be interpreted either way. It's probably WHEN he says/does things that matter, so it's more of a matter of conception rather than solid reasoning.

I'd like to point out, for tomorrow, that Creeps hasn't produced any content in more than a week.

This reads like dreal isn't interested in actually listening to what Pine is saying, only in making him look bad.

Taking an RVS vote for no-lynch as a serious advocacy for no-lynch, even after this is disavowed, is completely ridiculous.

Really liking the dreal wagon. Still don't get the Shaddowez wagon.

Some semi-associative info here: if dreal is scum then Pine is town. (If dreal is town this doesn't say much about Pine either way.)

That's an easy thing to say tho because it looks like you're judging it at face value. it depends on the merit and content of the argument.

With how hard -Grey- pushed dreal I don't think he'd suddenly half-ass it in the last stretch if he were faking it. I don't think Grey's faking it.

Zach, hypothetically if you knew that Grey definitely was faking that push, how would that inform your opinion of Dreal?

Let me rephrase: which scenario do you find more likely out of (scum!Grey, town!dreal) or (scum!Grey, scum!dreal)?

I feel the latter is more likely. If Grey is scum then the most plausible explanation for his behavior is a hard-distancing attempt that got out of hand when he made his case too well, and left him looking for an excuse to change wagons.

Or the simple fact that I don't lynch uncountered PR claims on d1 because they are NK bait could be true.
