Okey-dokey. A couple more changes, but this time not to the rules or the wheel placements. The biggest one is that I'm going to use the old thread's name of simply StrangerCoug's Wheel of Fortune from here on out officially. StrangerCoug's New Wheel of Fortune will still be used to distinguish this game from the old one, which is getting the retronym StrangerCoug's Old Wheel of Fortune in that situation. The other changes are just minor cosmetic things.
