Han's knew he was caught scum and made the correct play because more discussion is always a good thing for town. This doesn't mean that a partner or his partners wasn't on his wagon. You can rule it out but implying that we should all collectively town read everyone on the wagon because one person is ruling it out doesn't make sense in my opinion.
