Just a prod dodge here, I don't need to get involved with VCA arguments or multi/singleball arguments, most of the discussion here has been empty fluff worthy of a Victorian-era luncheon.

Alright, so I don't like it when people openly admit to prodging but I don't have enough experience to judge if it's AI or not. What I don't like here is that she's saying she doesn't need to get involved in two arguments she listed, but the thing is; is that it was more than just talking about game mechanics/tools.

Like, IIRC there was discussion of white knighting, opinions on counterwagons and overreactions about said arguments beforehand. It feels like an overall generalization to make it look like it was not worth looking into at all when there was actually content in there to begin with.

Also, there is no way it wasn't said before but I'm getting bad vibes from the fact that not a single person pinged as scummy.

Actually after typing that, it really doesn't make much sense at all to say the "VCA and Multi/Singleball arguments" meant nothing but could find that people were townish during that period of posting.

You can't say that that boring drawn-out conversation was filled with content. It looked like busywork, idle talk, anything but content-filled. Maybe it's because I prefer concise and have no patience for pages of time-consuming chitchat.

I read players in a different way. Not Alignment Indicative. It had little to do with what was being posted. I'm a meta type.

I would probably be voting mastin right now if I were by myself. The previous occupant of the slot was scummy. For one thing, a doctoral dissertation isn't something that just sneaks up on you. I'm not completely buying the replace-out reason. PrettyPrincess failed to post anything town in her time here. The two scumreads he may have had came out as potshots (Post 276 and Post 289).

mastina herself hasn't redeemed the slot. The scumreads themselves are mediocre at best. Her interaction with Antihero rubs me entirely the wrong way too. Just when it looked like we were getting Rogue Leader, she says she suddenly might have a change of heart (Post 1084) but she's still so generously

I skimmed and I liked what Mastina said about the current game state and I think it got that way shortly after the SC wagon picked up steam. I know I've not done anything at all to jumpstart things back to life so this might sound hypocritical coming for me, but, I strongly feel it's best to look back and see why the SC wagon stagnated, who was trying to shift it, and to whom. We might find scum there.
