Would explain why you and toaster strudel never made any sense though.

Soon after waking up, cicero points the accusatory finger at ChocolateAttack, convinced he is the last of the town's killers. After looking at the evidence, CA disagrees and concludes that his accuser is infact the remaining evildoer. cicero dramatically pulls out a stethoscope and various medical drugs from his backpack and claims he is the town doctor. CA responds by claiming that he can hypnotise people so they stay asleep all night. He says he can prove this by stopping the vig from killing him tonight...

A short debate later and the inevitable is quickened, with ChocolateAttack dead hanging from a noose.

The remaining living residents all rush out of the town hall. They and the town of Mattacini is safe to live in again.

I forgot about the infamous flavor text... I thought that the claim was kooky enough to cause pause and give me a push to take TS instead. But yes. That was one of my downfalls.

I didnt protect anyone because I didnt know who to trust. It was a two faction game. Either you or TS could have been the serial killer and the vigilante seemed to have uncommonly good judgement.

Basically I figured deaths were what we needed and I was an impediment to that. If I had been able to say with assurance "that person is town" I would have protected them, but I had absolutely no assurance of that whatsoever. Had come to doubt myself too much.

I thought about it for about 4 days before I sent it in because I knew it was the "wrong move" but protecting someone would have been completely arbitrary and there was absolutely no one that I trusted.

CA's claim was odd indeed. The right move was just to claim vanilla townie and push a case against Huck and Strudel. If I had been CA I would have voted strudel to get huck on side and then try to convince Skruffs to vig huck based on all his SK theorising. It might have even worked. Well... not really because I knew I was only voting for chocolate attack, but whatever.

As for the Pwayne claim, my thoughts are complex and inconsistent. I didnt trust strudel or skruffs because I saw a lot of what I considered bad logic in their cases.

I lost my nerve based on distrust of Skruffs points about the psychiatrist. I also thought the "bunch of needles" was potentially ambiguous enough to be two roles but also that the SK and shrink could have their own mini-game irrespective of the Town mafia game that the back up was a part of. Mostly though, I just figured Pwayne would be nightkilled by the SK anyway.

In truth after Shaka switched to Pwayne I came back to the computer with the intention of considering hammering him, but he beat me to it.

: If the Backup became a Doctor, he could only successfully protect townies or scum. Any protect attempts on poweroles would have been ineffective.

If the Backup became a Cop, there would have been a 33% chance of the person the backup was trying to investigate would have woken up while the backup was there, forcing the backup to flee and the investigation to fail. Also, if an investigation on a scum had failed, the scum would have identified the backup.

If the Backup became a Vig, any vigkill he attempted to make would have been made the following night.

It was more order of elimination than anything else.

I also am very proud of my somestrangeflea catch in the early game. /pat pat pat.

Skruffs Gorgon catch was great too.

I would have been all over Pwayne much more except for my metaing him and my belief that he couldnt possibly roll mafia THAT MANY TIMES IN A ROW!!!

In short there's a reason I dont go to Vegas.

Toaster Strudel's play, while fun and exciting, and on a personal level I have to say that I really quite like Chantale... drove me batshit crazy and led me to shield Pwayne much more than I wanted to.

Skruffs, now you can know that I really am serious about my whole "be careful lynching idiot newbies" thing, eh.

I was almost dead sure that going into day 3 I was going to be lynched. I had received absolutely no heat from anyone the entire game and then Pwayne falsely calls me out to not be the SK. I knew I'd have no way of defending myself, also seeing as I had played a very lurky game. I kept checking my role to make sure I was not the SK, lol.
