You're basicly raising a "Lynch all Lurkers" PL. Gotcha.

We pressure them:
1. They respond, we sort them.
1a. If they manage to somehow be town, we sorted them.
1b. If we're still in doubt or think they're scum, pressure them more or just lynch.
2. They don't respond, we lynch them because town wouldn't refuse to respond.

While I agree with the sentiment here, I find more often than not it doesn't play out well. In games where town is appropriately pressuring lurkers, scum lurkers increase their posting, and town lurkers don't.
