s1 is bad yeah. s3 isn't great but you get some players who want to improve but are chill.
generally players at s3 aren't great but i've made some good friends there
s1 is def the worst

The insults just change a little.
In bronze, people said to just play ai.
In silver, people said you belonged in bronze.
In gold, people said you were a silver scrub.
In plat, people said you were boosted.
Also everyone is a diamond smurf regardless of tier!
I'm a hoot

The issue with s3 that I find so amazingly toxic is that because that's where most new players get dumped at mid year after promos the variance is just so amazingly high and that leads to huge crazy blow outs which -in my experience- is when people are most toxic, so while individual instances of bad behavior may be more severe in other places (typically on the huge of tiers, so x1), the amount of blow outs that seem to happen in that section of the ladder means you're just getting it every single game, win or lose l, when in other places it seems to be more spectacular instances
Because Riot made him hugely popular with the ban.
EDIT: Also PBE changes for support items are dumb.
They are removing all the rewards for the items, and changing them to "gain a sightstone" well removing sightstone, so be prepared to see support items on laners even more then they already are.

Finally unlocked all heroes after 7½ years of playing. Had four blue orbs from some event that doesn't make the game any more fun which totaled 40k blue essence. Whatever that is supposed to be.
I get the fringe cases they are doing it for (Panth/Cassio, champs that can harass massively with no major amount of counter play) but in the end this change just seems like it's promoting champs without skillshots that do damage in minion waves (Think Riven) over other champions simply because it's not point and click.
If the change was "if you deal damage to an enemy, then you take agro" that makes more sense, this just feels... awkward and like they are punishing the champions that the change is done to in particular.

...except for the part where these champs autoattack you as part of their combo so take minion damage anyways (ex. Riven's damage actually comes from the autos she weaves in between her spells, not the spells itself).

he's always been my favorite "tank" jungler
i really hated this patch and its impact on botlane, so i'm glad it's over
i'm more likely to try aftershock lissandra in a few normals after the changes to its ratios
apparently it's confirmed that aurelion sol performs best w glacial augment, and it was just buffed, so i'll probably play him a lot more
i used those nerfed precision keystones a bit. wonder if i'll stop.
people i dislike that the aggro changes will hurt:
katarina (oof!)
kass
diana
malzahar
yasuo
quinn..?
akali!
brand
all them hextech gunblade abusers tbh
people i love who are hurt:
teemo :(
singed
lissandra i guess
people i just feel bad for:
ryze
annie
anivia
geez even ignite and smite attract minion aggro now

And then a lot of the spells they did it for that are targeted generally are also going to get agro due to auto's.
The issue comes down to "why do all this when it's only for fringe case champs, and why not do it to everything instead?"
I could go through the list saying and you should probably draw agro with auto's anyway, and it's probably like 70%+ of the list
