But the man was bad at keeping secrets, so the most beautiful child eventually finds out.
And as such, the beautiful child opts to live with the beast.
The beautiful child became the mistress of the beast's mansion.
Every night, the beast asks the beautiful child to marry her, to then get rejected over and over.
After each rejection, the girl sees a beautiful prince in her dreams, who wonders why they don't accept the beast.
To which they reply that they can only love the beast as a friend.
She built herself up to the conclusion that the beast hid the prince somewhere in the castle, but found him to no avail.

Months later, the beautiful girl had gotten homesick.
She insisted that the beast send her home for a week with a magic mirror, that would sent the beautiful girl via magic.
The beast agreed as long as she were to return as soon as the week was over.
She was sent home with beautiful pearls and jewelry.
The sisters admired her, however when they tired to touch the pearls they would turn into rotting plants,
as they were only for the beautiful girl.

The sisters then decide to make an attempt to make the beautiful girl stay 1 extra day.
They succeed, however the beautiful girl looks into the mirror to see the beast almost dead.
