We can be pretty damn certain it's an ignite and he's an arso provided he's scum because while Alisae does make up roles, they make logical sense, especially to people good at reading role PMs and claims such as myself. Him being a scum arso who ignited is a valid theory as to why you did not both receive items. The only other valid theory is that you were redirected away onto someone who did not make a verifiable targeting night action and Fenchurch is actually guilty.

While we can again be pretty damn sure it's not actually loyal because his claim isn't real, his claim describes the loyal modifier, which miller does not trigger.

We do know your action did not get blocked as scum have access to a 1-shot roleblocker they have not used and almost certainly do not have a dedicated roleblocker in addition to this. If it was functionally blocked, it means you were redirected to one of a very limited pool of players.
