Once again, I will point out that JDodge and now Panzerjager are in a little club called Team Asshats together, with which I have had disagreement in the past. Mainly because they vote together without any real concern for the game or their roles in it.

The fact that they call themselves team Asshat is all you really need to know. They have no other reason, I feel bad for everyone else playing.

Reading but this caught my eye, Chronx uses his Team Asshat argument due to the fact he really has no reason to find me scummy. PegBam mafia is where this started and he used this same arguement. It's a stupid arguement, especially when neither JDog or I have been voting togethor until right this second. Last time Chronx brought this up he was scum.

and he plagiarizes GH's case on me and adds that I plagiarized his case on GH. Hypocritical. Involving a Scumchat-based "Team" that has nothing to do with playing mafia(more on that next). Pretty much been aligned with GH and providing pretty contrived reasons to vote people all game.

Team Asshat formed to counteract the douchebaggery of certain individuals by using douchebaggery. In the game he used this arguement in(PegBam) it was modded and co-modded by two members of TA and 3 members in TA were playing. Note: Jdog was Doc, I replaced Chronx as scum, and Oman(another TA member) was SK. This should speak to TA's neutrality. If you need any more proof that TA is neutral, Schismatized(an MSer on TA's honorary Hate List) is in a game with 4 or 5 members of TA and has 0 votes on him. Simply, Mafia is Mafia, Team Asshat is for Scumchat/General Mish Mash/General Discussion.

hmmm...Jdodge.s post was.....a little unecessary I think - I'm sorry, but panzers meta reason in #402 doesn't swing right with me. I read that game when jdodge made that those posts on page1 a/b chronx's playstyle (quite influential at the time) & now jdodge #400 has just WIFOM the game. I think the best thing for me to do is ignore this whole line of reasoning on both sides as it's basically coming down to whether you agree with chronx over his replacement or not...which was a totally different game.

I think ckillor is scummy because he saw very good reasons for chronx-scum based on GH's post but doesn't take any action.

I think panzer, Jdodge, and Chronx have all been frustrated which gives them a bit of excuse but I think they still come up scummy. Replacements might help give a better read.

i didnt take any action before because i would of been either the hammer vote or -2, and with the level of suspicion on me would not of been good. basicly i would of shot my self in the kidney. im glad that the votes on me have pretty much disappeared, any one would be. and im not going to charge ahead right now and gain them all back for being really bold

ChronX and JDodge will be allowed to replace back into the game should either:
A. Their replacers need replacing, in which case they can replace back into their original role.
B. They are a Vanilla Townie, and their replacer dies, in which case they will be allowed to replace into another role.

Okay GH, please ask me how me and Jdog would take over a game, just the two of us? There is only two of us. If you guys saw us bullying the other players couldn't we be lynch with great haste? How would that win us games unless both were town and in which case, bullying players could be good and find us scum. Point is Jdog and I want to win games. We enjoy winning, simply because losing isn't fun. So the only way the Team Asshat arguement could work is if we are both scum, which would mean being a team would be good play. His whole arguement is a fallacy.

Unfortunately you've already queered yr. case against chronx due to the extremety of jdodge's argument (i.e. yr. argument b/c you guys are teamed) - if you'd like to state why chronx is scum rather than just repeating that he is, then that'd be appreciated.

Personally I'm sad that chronx is being replaced - he posted often & had some salient points, I only hope that his replacement is similar

A couple of people asked me why I found this post of ckillor's scummy:

i looked back at shaft.ed's posts that he mentioned and they are a very good arguement. and he has good reasons for being against chronX. but they just dont seem strong enough to me right now to switch my vote over.

whats the deal with the vote hopping of jdodge though? trying to look scummy?? why?

It just seemed very wishy-washy to me; support of shaft.ed, but not enough to commit, and a throwaway comment at JDodge. I'll admit it isn't the most scummy thing he's written and is entirely circumstantial, but as one of his few contributions it did stand out as being an attempt to not look like a lurker while doing very little.

The JDodge/ChronX thing is ridiculous and I'm sorry both are being replaced (seriously, I would love to play a game where the starting 12 people see it through). I still have no idea what this Team Asshats thing is so I am just going to pretend it isn't happening; it seems to be extraneous to this game. Regardless of ChronX's accuations, though, I did tend to agree with him over JDodge.
