Why isn't the IC as strong as a one shot cop?

Essentially it gives EVERYONE an inno rather than one person.

Granted, there is no chance of getting the guilty on scum with an IC, but it still provides someone the scum HAVE to kill before Lylo. It provides lynches to analyze without the lynch.

Because the chance of getting a guilty as you said, and the possibility of having 2 confirmed town (cop and cop's target). It takes the other 2 town PR's being dead and no counter-claim or to somehow have the Cop's story check out through other town PR night actions like the Tracker or the JK. I agree the IC does have its own advantages though.

When forced to claim, do you claim something you know is in the game to out the PR (tracker or JK) or do you claim those not in the game?

depends on the situation; if you are prob dead whatever you claim, you claim something that is so they are outted. If your claim will probably save them, something not in.

Wow this game has a lot of posts. Choosing IC would depend on the player list. If it had people who weren't scum with me that I would be sure that would make the best use of IC, I wouldn't play it.

But if they don't pick the IC in the three, that leaves only 1 fakeclaim, as they can't fakeclaim IC.
