Ok looks like we're on the odd-night path then. That spell seems pretty useless all things considered. The only drawback of it is that it's Wisdom that has it, and I think he could make decent enough use of it.
Looks like the safer bet is to use the misdirect on to someone else rather than trying to make them self target.

Wisdom could actually be a bothersome role considering the mechanics of this setup, and we don't know what passive abilities are affecting it. Probably none I guess, but even just having private communication with someone when various PRs are constantly moving around could be a problem if both are town and they can continue to use the ability in a chain, or just if he has some kinda informative power w people he comes into contact with.
