My problem with that setup mainly came when it was broken by timezones! Really unfortunate. but interacting with yourself while playing characters and monitoring identities sounds like a blast in theory

I want to have a variant of this setup which forces the players to not quickhammer instantly. I think as it currently is it's never gonna have a lot of content while being unhammered

It definitely needs some kind of timezone restriction or to enforce players from a similar timezone to play. Otherwise, goddamn dunny will break the game again
Bigger incentive to mask identity would be really neat
I guess "Hide your identity or lose the game" is already pretty big though and that didnt really work out... hm..
Maybe increase the player count, make each person who has their identity guess get individually punished but maybe dont make both teams lose instantly -- that way the dominant strategy isn't "rush elim" for both teams
Ah but then paragon alignment guessing would be kinda messed up! Idk!!! This is probably an entirely different setup im describing now
elegant solution would be day 1 is 15 minutes with hammering etc. allowed but paragons can use the entire 15 minutes to guess identities. no flip until paragons guess and hammer
but yeah i think this ends up being a game of dice rolling, if we play optimally
