Scum have scum chat so anything that's posted here will be known by everyone in small hood + the big hood scum, all posting here does is prevents big hood town from seeing it. It's only when the small hood scum dies that this becomes hidden from scum but at that point scum shoot the two small hood town (since they're confirmed town at that point).

In other words, it's only useful after the small hood scum gets limmed but before a small hood town gets shot (i.e. a single night)

That kind of boring optimization fits my profile of scum anyways though, like letting the hoods be obviously randed like that sounds like something Nameless would come up with that I'd have to veto because of how boring it sounds
