I started typing before Oblivion's answer came in, and didn't want to pedit... I'll most likely put this in the main thread too.
Penguin ascribes to the same philosophy that I do, that large wagons are a foundation for reads. I'd expect him to reflexively vote the biggest wagon.

Pedit: I think there is value in keeping it hidden at least for a while. There is at least a chance that we're all town, and if that is the case it's really powerful to not tell scum.

and yeah, i think it's best if we leave some space and maybe hope that some town slots slip up their lack of knowledge that there's a hood (i'm working off of the assumption there is scum here)

Last time there was a hood in a 15p there was a Traitor Neighbour and a Mafia Neighbor FWIW

Yeah, like, 15p either means a traitor or a serial killer usually

it could mean 4 scum with some serious town power or 3 scum with some pretty low town power, but i think it's less likely, especially since we're in a ~complex~

Don't know if it's AI. Odds are I've seen Penguin as scum but it's been long enough I don't remember if he also does it as scum.
