The Anti-Super Cape!

Cosmic Aura
: Each round, you may spend an extra 10 Energy per Hero currently in play.
Dervisher
: Your total attack and total defense are each increased by +10 per opponent.
Force Fields
: Spend X: Add either 2X to your Defense this round or X to your Defense next round.
Hulking Muscle
: Use once per game: Gain 50 Energy and tear your shirt open. For the rest of the game, you lose 5 Energy at the end of each round.
Kamikaze Sidekick
: Your Kamikaze sidekick will throw himself before attackers, and block the first 60 power of attacks each turn. If you are attacked for more than 60 points your Kamikaze Sidekick dies, and you must discard this power.
Lich
: When this Hero is defeated, discard this Power. They return to the game with 50 Energy and a random Power from the online archive.
Necromancery
: Spend 20: Any player or sidekick who dies during this round rises from the dead as an undead sidekick. Undead retain all skills and are controlled by the possessor of this skill. Undead have one quarter of the energy the player or sidekick had at the beginning of its first round of play. Undead cannot be healed in any way. If an Undead dies, it can not be raised again with this skill.
Overload
: You gain 10 Energy every round. If you exceed double your starting Energy, you explode.
Plastic Ooze
: Spend 10: Any Hero who Attacked you this turn cannot Attack next turn.
Pretty small
: You're not quite as big as one might think of a superhero. However, this has a good side: You can't be as easily punched by a big gang! If you're attacked by 2 or more heroes or sidekicks, the one that would do you the least damage can't reach you and won't do you any damage this turn.
Super Beam
: Spend 40. Attack someones energy directly for 50 damage.
Titanium Skin
: Prevent the first 50 damage you take during the game.
Vampiric Bite
: Whenever you damage another Hero, gain Energy equal to half of that damage (rounding down).
Weather Mastery
: Spend 10: Choose the weather. Weather remains the same until it is changed. Weather remains in the game even if the Weather Master dies.
Sunny
: The Sun's rays revitalize you! Everyone gains 10 Energy at the end of the round
Cyclone
: Watch out! Funnel clouds! All offensive powers are randomly targeted.
Thunderstorms
: Lightening ahead! Every player has a 50% chance of being hit by lightening. If hit, the player loses X energy, where X is a random number between 1 and either 15 or their energy, whichever is lower.
Fog
: Hard to see... Add 20 Defense to all players and sidekicks.
Cosmic Entity
: Each round, cosmic entitiy's energy is set to 10x the number of heros in play.
