Welcome everyone! My name is Ann Takamaki, and the penguin guy has forced asked me to host this game for Team Mafia 2020. As most of you are probably aware, the coordinator of this event, Untrod Tripod, has an unhealthy and unexplained hatred of anime and anime avatars.

From what the penguin guy has told me, this Untrod Tripod has made it his singular goal in life to destroy all of the anime avatars on MafiaScum.net. This is obviously not a good thing since the coolest people on this site have anime avatars.

But, the penguin guy has put together a collective of users called the MafiaScum Anime Avatar Resistance Fighters or - seriously...I don't want to say it...because it's stupid...why did you call it that...fine - or MAARF for short. These elite users have come together in an effort to stop Untrod Tripod's senseless rampage.

Unfortunately, the penguin guy forgot to tell these fighters who the other members of the MAARF are so you all are going to have to figure that out amongst yourself. Don't be surprised...he's a penguin...they aren't smart. To make matters worse, it seems Untrod Tripod has convinced some of the MAARF members to work towards his ultimate goal of Anime Avatar destruction and these turncoats are out to kill you. So, you're going to have to find and destroy these baddies before they find and destroy you.

The penguin guy has dubbed these baddies the Destroy All Anime Collective - I bet they know who each other are - or the DAAC for short...what a totally awesome and in no way lame name. It seems that the DAAC has struck first and claimed their first victim.

Days of Ruin was pretty good on the smaller maps - the infantry/light craft game was a lot more interesting - but it did a bad job scaling up because making the RPS elements so strong makes a lot of annoying grindy deadlock.

Like I said in literately the following post I had different post numbers in post preview than there were when I submitted. 103/105 are random posts that are whatever, I was referring to 104/106. 104 is good because daring people to try hard and implying you will reward with townreads is a common townie tack, 106 just felt natural. So the point I was making was that I was annoyed that Menal was choking out the thread a bit, but less mad than like Jingle shitposting because Menal did end up townspewing some.

I had a fun idea to read Bitmap where I was gonna accuse him of voting me as a way to avoid engaging with Jingle's vote, implying that it was all just a smokescreen because Bitmap was intimidated by Jingle. Which would have been a pretty specious argument but I feel like a really telling reaction because scum-Bitmap would focus on using it to attack me while town-Bitmap would be more mad about the tremendous insult I inflicted upon his honor saying that Jingle had him on the ropes. In the end I decided the good read I would get would not be worth the commotion but we can agree that would have been funny as hell right

Flavor Leaf doesn't really contribute anything to this game to be honest, but 3/4 top-tier players is still more than enough. They are probably going to eat the nightkill as a consequence. Like, solidly 80+% N1 nightkill, but even if not a very likely N2+ nightkill.

So that's my basic rundown there.

mastina, sometimes spelled mastina, mastina, mastina, or mastina, (misspelled mastina) was an on-screen famous "intelligent mafia agent" on Mafiascum from mastin2 or mastin that was generally reported as malware, released in 2009 and discontinued in **** with only around three versions ever released. The official website stated it would help mafia players scumhunt through various functions along with their own sidekick. It first surfaced as a green talking parrot named Peedy, before taking the form of an animated purple gorilla that resided on a user's desktop and communicated through the employment of Microsoft Agent technology.

As the years since mafiascum.net was taken down continue to grow in number, mastina has become benign over time, as it is no longer able to access the servers it requires to utilize its adware component. mastina is also known as a keylogger.

mastina received wide recognition as trojan, predominantly as a piece of adware, though claims of spyware capabilities have been made against it. It is also a PUP.

mastina may be known as an annoying and useless desktop helper.

I am deliberately avoiding trying to read Jingle and jjh. Those are reads I trust to be sorted out with time, and trying would be a waste of time right now.
I am unintentionally doing the same for Ali--Jingle and jjh I adapted this approach deliberately for, but I realized that I unintentionally subconsciously started treating Ali the same way, putting no effort into reading em.

It is alarming that I cannot remember Gamma posting, so there's a chance that he's scum as a result.

Menalque and Chemist are my only real townreads.
Hito I am ambivalent about, but lean town overall.
Shadoweh is also ambivalent, but with zero leaning.
I haven't been able to get a read on ofhrz yet, but unlike Ali that's not due to lack of trying, he's just an utter blank.

It does not matter if you are dead.
It does not matter if you don't think it will affect a game.
It does not matter if you aren't in the game.
It does not matter if you are posting about a game taking place on another forum or posting about an MS game on another forum.
It does not matter if you are moderating the game in question.

Discussing ongoing games by quoting or otherwise referring to an ongoing game is forbidden. There is no clever way around this rule. Don't try.

If you are unsure whether something violates the rule against discussing ongoing games, please don't hesitate to contact a listmod.

THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES FOR YOU

Discussing ongoing games may result in a full game ban. This will mean that you are force replaced out of all your games, and you will not be allowed to replace back into them at the end of your ban. Further bans will be far harsher, including and up to a permanent ban from the site.

Why does Bitmap make this post in response to such minimal pressure from me when he hasn't called me scum elsewhere?

As an extra, Bitmap was voting Jingle at this time. I think the only people who had done anything that could be considered a push on Bitmap at any point in the game at this stage were Mastina and myself. At the time, he was at the bottom of Mastina's readslist but she was voting Klick. Also at the time, he was listed in my scumpile but I was voting and pushing Ofrhz.

Nobody was pushing him when he made this post. He had just been listed in 2 players' scumpiles. But he did not elaborate on who the scum that was pushing him because of this RC-fear was, nor has he. There were two options and he was voting neither. If he believed there was any truth in it, I think it would have sparked some action- but it was not scumhunting.
