so I apparently only wrote down one of my thoughts which was that

Norwee is likely innocent

. Darby and Gamma have at least 1 scum.

However I am too lazy to elaborate on that so:

So I looked into it a bit more real quick. It's not a word I see used elsewhere in the iso (nor the abbreviated version), and almost no reason is given for townreading norwee except one post early on about how norwee "seems to be solving". Given the frequent interactions with norwee's posts, after being asked about norwee again later, I would expect something like "I agree with them a lot, I don't think they're misdirecting me, their thought process is sound, etc" but like. No. Just "norwee is town". Which makes me think Alice doesn't actually have a reason except for knowing it. Also makes me think they aren't partnered, because then I would expect more effort.
