All right. I guess I'll role claim. I am the Careless Detective. I can investigate someone every night, but due to my carelessness, the results are sent to someone randomly.

The first night I investigated C_D. Apparently, the lucky recipient of the result was Kerplunk.

The second night I investigated Meme, but was knocked out by someone. Apparently, they were masked.

What's confusing me is if Meme blocked gin, who knocked me out?

One of the details in the mod's PM was that I was so intent on getting to Meme's house that I didn't see the masked figure sneaking up behind me. I don't know what was used to knock me out except that it left a bump. I agree that the thug could have done it. However, I was not at the cliffs.

But meme and gin were.

And that's why I voted for him.

Not to mention the fact that Gin refuses to role claim.
All he has said with reference to his own role is that
he was blocked (from doing what :?: ) and that he was hit on the head.

No, kerplunk. No indication of scuminess here.

gin,

1. I don't know anything unless I get lucky and receive my own results.
2. Someone did. Read the thread. (Hint: Kerplunk)
3. Yes. I'm pretty sure my role is correct.

On page 5, Kerplunk roleclaimed to be the rebellious teenager. In the
same post:
First night, No Idea decided to stroll around and found a note from a detective saying that chaotic diablo is 'town'. On night 2 I also decided to go out, but I found nothing.
I am that detective.

Hey, I just noticed something. Untrod_Tripod never said anything about failing or being knocked out on his first night when he roleclaimed that he protected Meme.

This is very interesting. If you were about to be lynched and roleclaimed, wouldn't you say that you were knocked out?

It just doesn't make sense.

I think you would know if you got whacked on the head. It kinda goes with the territory.

All of the logic of the day has really been based on Zoneace's first post being true. Let's see where it goes if it's not.

Zoneace start of Day 2 post is a fabrication. The only person in his observations who is still alive (to confirm or disagree) is Meme.
Meme confirmed his observations by putting the confirmation duties on
gin.
And now, she simply doesn't believe he's innocent?

Sounds scummy to me.

If the thug was mafia, then we have a SK/Vig.
If the thug was not mafia, mafia didn't kill him. I'm baseing this on
the bullet-holes in the doc's body, then we have a SK/Vig.

So the way I see it we have an SK/Vig.

Question: How does a vigilante work? How do they keep from killing townspeople?

So,

Caveman
, not SK, confirmed by Kurplunk
Meme
, not SK, confirmed by ZONE and gin
Zoneace
, not SK, confirmed by Meme
gin
, not SK, confirmed by Meme
quagmire
, not SK, too many questions answered by his roleclaim and if he is an SK as well, he has a whole lot of abilities.

This leaves:
Kurplunk
- He did find my note but it really doesn't confirm his innocence.
Korais666
- I'm not sure if anything confirms him.

Anyone else got any more insights on the guilt/innocence of these two (as far as SK guilt).

What I'm saying is that we don't really know how many mafia there are. But we do know how many SK's there are. So it would behoove us to attempt to go after the SK instead of the mafia.

Knowing that there is only 1 sk means s/he has no allies. So there's no possibility of a couple of people collaborating to pull the wool over our eyes.

It's between Kerplunk and Korais.
Let's look at some posts:
Evidence Item A: A quote from day1 from Korais666:
korais666 wrote:...
Also, my role in particular does not have a flaw, but is just a weak role to begin with. So I bet everyone has a special role, but they aren't that great.
Evidence Item B: Korais666's role claim from day2:
korais666 wrote:Alright, well, I'm a role-blocker-protector. I can protect someone from being roleblocked. I haven't used it yet, because I figure all the roleblockers are pro-town. If a roleblocker is blocking someone, that person is probably suspect, and therefore I should let it go. That's why my role is fairly useless. In fact, I don't plan on using it at all this game, unless I'm given a really good reason to.
Combining the two with the fact that we did seem to have an anti-town roleblocker really leads to Korais's innocence being a strong possibility.
You won't find any specific information like that in Kerplunk's first day comments.

Now to move along to Evidence Item C: Kerplunk's role claim from day 2:
Kerplunk wrote:...
As for my roleclaim: I am the Rebellious Teenager (or something like that). Although it's safer to just stay in my room I can sneak out my window every night and I might find something worthwile.

I ask about the 'safer to stay in' bit to the Mod, but he couldn't (or wouldn't) give me any details about it. I guess it means that I have chance that I might live if I get attacked if I stay in.

First night, No Idea decided to stroll around and found a note from a detective saying that chaotic diablo is 'town'. On night 2 I also decided to go out, but I found nothing.
Now, come on, with all the crap that was going on both nights, all he received was my note which he would have received no matter what he did (it's random).
Either the mod's really screwing him in the information department or he's scum. I vote the latter

I think they were going for some sort of 2 mafia solution.
It totally doesn't work though.

Since 2 people died on N2 and gin did not kill, his partner must have killed. That means that gin and the GF could not have been in the same mafia.
This means that on N2, the grunt must have killed the thug, and the thug killed Chaotic_Diablo. But C_D's body was on top of the Thug's.

It was crap logic that Meme beautifully passed on as the truth. :D

My guess is that you tried to protect her on the nights she blocked you, thereby saving you (so she could get you lynched later  ).
