Eat my omgus.
Also, I remember you. I think I was 100% convinced you were scum in a game where Aronis was outed and then I was completely confused when you flipped town.
The OMGUS was expected. And yes, I couldnt remember the exact circumstances of that game, and was too lazy to look it up, but that sounds familiar.-

Bella, as per request.
These RQS questions are not for any purpose but a bit of socialization and friendliness. Town would probably answer them out of love, kindness and because town is beautiful in nature.
1. Sweet or salty?
2. Favorite word of all time?
3. Who have you played with before and describe them in one word.
4. Link to the most recent complete town or scum game
Thank you
1. Sweet
2. I have too many (English major)
3. Grib - surprising
4. I am far too lazy to look for it atm and am on my phone. But I will look it up and post it tomorrow.-

I gathered as much, it just doesn't really matter because there's no way hose reads come that quickly from a legitimate thought process, whereas they would come quick from someone looking to get their foot in the door and seem town
Actually...when you play a lot with certain people and they are devious then you can figure that out. Maybe. So, I want to know why you claimed miller with no pressure. What is the thought process? Where\when has this strategy been useful? Why?
Same here, I don't understand the reasoning behind it. It's very suspicious, and yet I see no benefit to doing this as scum, which is the only reason I'm holding off on voting.-

Just out of curiosity, as someone who doesn't have much experience with millers - what is the benefit to claiming miller right out the gate? That makes you a target for the first NK so why do it at all? I'm inclined to believe he is town and not scum, based on his response and the fact that, holy shit he's right, that is an accepted strategy; I just don't get it.-

As far as I'm concerned, the only logical time to claim miller is if there's a wagon building on you and you're trying to convince town that you aren't scum; as Catboi pointed out, you're less likely to be believed then, but it seems to me that claiming early is more likely to result in a mislynch than doing nothing.-

It could result in a mislynch, yes, but if there's a cop, he will remain safe this way.
Will he? or will this just out the fact that there is a cop in the game, which scum might not otherwise have realized D1?-

Vote on Grib was semi-serious RVS. I don't have a scumread on him at the moment. I tend to believe Catboi's miller claim. As for the rest, y'all are sketchy AF.-

Why? Because you see it as an oxymoron, or for some other reason?
Also not understanding how catboi's objection to the flavor nonsense makes him town, both town and scum are equally likely to get annoyed by a given modding style.
In regards to your question about the miller claim, I understand the strategy behind it to some degree, but it still isn't how I would have approached it.-

Why vote before getting the vc? That seems a little reckless.
Scorp was riding catboi awfully hard, and I am inclined to believe catboi is town, so this makes me suspicious of scorp. Yet I would hate to lose a power role like that, and I can buy the noob argument to an extent. At the same time, if he really is town, he's dead tonight anyway.-

@elusive: what are you thinking about Lalendra so?
I was considering voting her due to little content but thought the stuff she did provide seems kinda town.
I hate hate hate lynching people due to activity level. I just really don't think it's alignment indicative. But I am not the only one who hasn't posted much, so what made you want to lynch me over others?
P-edit, @super: RVS vote was mostly joking, hut also a commentary on how people are so quick to lynch based on activity level, as above.-

Kind of feel like trying to sort the miller claim, and therefore understand and evaluate everyone else's reactions to it, particularly when there hasn't been jack else to analyze, is about as scum-hunty as you can get. What scumhunting have you done thus far? What makes your approach more towny than mine?-

I am really reluctant to lynch the 'weak doc' on d1. Because that is (kinda) super strong, but if it's true that's our protective AND our investigate role it one shot. The miller and the WD CC's each other sadly. So if one flips we can reevaluate the other.
If IF IF Susp does flip scum then I'm thinking mafia likely has daytalk & we have an experienced player coaching him because it pretty much looks like he called catboi out from the start. I mean Susp could be an evil mastermind scum player too, but I like to think all of the above.

I think you are scum, I think claiming miller makes it super convinient for you to install a defense. If you get investigated you can just be like "see, I claimed miller". If they even investigate you.. Frankly I dont understand why all scum doesn't do that.
Scenario A- the potential cop buys your claim. Leaves you alone and you skate.
Scenario B- they investigate you,you come up guilty, but have your fake claim installed as a defense, its lazy..
Now you just use shitty piss poor excuses to vote me..
so now its a legit vote.VOTE: catboi
Why did you vote him, then unvote him because you were pressured to, even though you thought he was scum, and then vote him again? If you were so confident, why didn't you keep your vote on him? Someone else already mentioned that scorp seems fairly pleasy, this is just weird.

@catboi - Didn't realize I had quoted it before, it jumped out at me on reread. I think my progression on your claim was pretty logical and natural. Not sure how defending myself against a scum read due to activity level is scummy. I'm still town reading you though, no omgus, I think you're genuinely trying to suss things out and that's fine.-

Ugh, I really want scorpious lynched, but I will take a gray lynch over no lynch. Not my biggest scumread, but has posted a whole lot of nothing. Like I said, I dont think inactivity is alignkent indicative, but gray's iso reads like active lurking.
Was there a recent vc and deadline? If not can we get one?-

Mala was only trying to protect a possible PR. I don't see why that is scummy at all.
It wasn't just that. It was a combination of that, soft-pushing wagons away from scorp, 370 reading very much like a bus, her pushing me and catboi while continually defending scorp, and the weird elusive vote without any explanation besides "interactions and stuff", as well as the post I quoted above. My scum reads previously were scorp, gray and Mala, in descending order of confidence; I was right about scorp, wrong about gray, and on the fence about Mala.-

You're right, I don't think I mentioned it d1. I was focused on analyzing the miller claim, and once I decided it was legit, lynching Scorp. I typed up all my points against mala during N1 and then fucking lost it all, so I'll type it up again later.-

Going against scorp lynch, even though I feel like we were all fairly certain that scorp was scum at that point.
Voted claimed town role.
In post 254, Malakittens wrote:In post 247, GrayFoxxxx wrote:Mala/elu why do we have to choose between the two? Haven't they both claimed a town roles?
I can lynch you instead if you like.
Used a threat instead of actually explaining her reasoning.

Again trying to push suspicion off of scorp and using his weak-ass claim as an excuse.

Finally sheeped his wagon, despite still not being convinced he was scum. If mala really believed his claim, as the earlier posts appear to indicate, this is anti-town at best.

This vote, with no reasoning whatsoever.
I'm not trying to push a mala wagon over the elusive one, necessarily, as I'm not completely convinced she is scum; I'm just explaining the reasoning for my suspicions.-

About the Mala case:
It's pretty weak I think, but since you're not voting her over it, I suppose it's fine. Can you explain how voting Scorp's town role claim is different from voting Catboi's town role claim?
she made a big deal out of seeming to believe scorp's claim, then wagoned him anyway, which struck me as very odd. Voting catboi also seemed scummy because he was claimed (and at that point I think fairly well accepted) town, but the scorp thing struck me as defending a scum buddy, then busing when it was clear that she wasn't going to be able to stop the wagon.-

Looks to me like you had the same reasoning Mala had at this time, only to vote Scorpious later.
VOTE: Lalendra
I think I might pursue this for now.
P-Edit: right on time, I guess? I have no interest in elusive.
The difference between my vote and hers was that I carefully considered his utility and the likelihood of him being scum, and eventually my initial caution have way to me being convinced of his scumminess. You can see a pretty logical progression in my posts, I think. Mala, on the other hand, seemed to be defending him right up until she wasn't, with no explanation for the sudden shift.
I don't think even if elusive came back that she'd have much to say, she gave up defending herself, which is not great for town right now.-

Did not see that coming with Atum. I like FB's point, Mala and Maxous are almost 100% town. I believe Catboi's town claim, so that leaves me, super, bella and FB. I don't necessarily believe Catboi's argument that scum wouldn't divert from a mislynch to bus a buddy, if it was a lost cause they very well may. So I will need to take a very close look at super, bella and FB's ISO.-
