Any private topics containing an Encryptor have daytalk. Encryptors can be of any alignment.

In Normal Games on mafiascum.net, Mafia do not need an Encryptor to have daytalk, but if they have it without an Encryptor it needs to be announced beforehand.

Variations

An older version of Encryptor was specific to groupscum factions like the Mafia, and affected daytalk in their factional private topic only; neighbourising an Encryptor would not produce any visible effect.

In Town hands, Encryptor is nearly always combined with a role like Mason or Neighbour, rather than existing as a role on its own.

Vorknor Nero is scum. Period. I've already showcased my feels on that. The only other person who could be scum with vork if you aren't is Nero, who I don't think is, or Nom, who I really didn't consider as a very valid option until today with her 'lynch outside the 1v1 to avoid outing' gambit.

I will say, down here, that nom's logical leap from 'cannot lynch between Nero/Vork until we solve' to 'lynch pk and solve tomorrow' is absolute crap. And Nero's 'piss isnt powerlynching vork so can't seriously want him dead' styck is incredibly dense.
