I disagree with UT's assessment of townblocs. A well put together townbloc is a powerful thing. You have to be pretty certain of the people in it , of course.

I think I need to start limiting the elim pool for my own sanity here. I'm not getting super strong reads so far, and sorting newer player behavior from scuminess is not my specialty.

Feeling fairly town enough on Gamma, skies, Reck and UT that I wouldn't want to yeet them today.

It's a real toss up for me between Haschel and Ythan for who was worse on the chkflip elim. Ythan seems a little more probing today, but still pretty useless in actually pushing the game forward. Haschel has better content, but that hammer explanation was a dog turd. The problem here is a real lack of information to sort due to speed and Ythan's lack of posting. I need to double check myself here, but I believe Ythan was on site and posting on the day of the hammer...but I think when I checked this before it didn't feel very conclusive as to whether he was present enough to unvote. Haschel...I'm super mad at you if you are town.

Off wagon of Dr. P, Agar, tn, noraa is a toss up too. TN maybe feels the most town of that group? I need to do some ISOing of people in that group today and better refine my sentiments.

FIRST:

SECOND:

The wagon shaming is something that could be seen as scummy. I mean, it's good to pressure people on the wagon after a town flip, but this is a directionless, "SEE I TOLD YOU THE WAGON WAS BAD" post that doesn't even fit with what TN said before. It's just weird.

Note that when Haschel presses this point, TN demurs giving an actual answer and offers a joke instead:

I mean, I can elaborate, but it's not going to help us find scum. The point isn't to be alienating skies, it is to reveal as little information as possible for scum. If I had been playing better, I wouldn't have revealed what I did, but seemed to run counter to reck's posts, so I thought I should put it out.

More importantly, skies if you had to guess the whole scum team right now, who would it be?

Look, here's the realness: You and reck were slapfighting early on in a way that didn't seem very believable at the time, and now we have confirmed info from Reck's flip.

The doctor claim definitely feels out of place for a theme of "lots of night actions that don't do a hell of a lot." We also just seem to have way too much power here. Tracker and Bus Driver are both reasonably powerful roles. A doctor on top of that seems like a lot when there is no town killing power to balance that for scum.

I'm also wondering if we'd have BOTH a motion detector and a voyeur.

You just have to look at facts. Skies suddenly becoming very inactive after Reck got under serious pressure is highly suspect. I believe them when they say RL is busy, but scum definitely can become withdrawn from a game when they start to lose.

As far as why Reck would do the kill...that feels like pointless speculating. There aren't many people in this game with as much experience as Reck, so your logic would pretty much apply to any scum team make up.
