But I'm not new to the game of mafia.. I've played 9 games on the hypixel forums (Currently on 10) multiple (~4) games on a site made by the person who brought mafia to Hypixel and then I've played 2 here. Three ongoing (including this one, I'm dead in one of them though). So I'm not new to mafia.. at all. I have been trying to read for intent like I normally attempt to do but I can't find intent behind people talking randomly about sex and stuff. We've gotten out of it and I questioned Scorpious for his one post but he hasn't gotten back to me on the point I raised (even though he responded to another post after I raised the point) so I'm feeling inclined to vote him.

also why is it a screengrab and not just a link? Was this brought up in a previous game?

I went to the hypixel forums, clicked on his name and used snipping tool to get it. It seemed simpler to me at the time instead of posting a link.

Sir Bastion brought up a really good point on Scorpius that resonated with me (which is funny because it is escaping me at this moment I just remember really agreeing with it) and his other posts are fine.

ET seems like the classic, inexperienced/misunderstood D1 mislynch that a lot of people seemed to be targeting early and I find him more eager to contribute than anything which I attribute more to new players that are town. I don't agree with a lot of the things he says but his push on Metal Sonic for instance is something I'd expect town of his experience level to push which makes me feel good about him. Ftr I'm going purely off his join date.

I have gut town reads on Bella, BeardedCat, gummmybear, and Dwlee. I could go into more detail but I cba to right now and still most of it boils down to gut. The Dwlee one is the weakest.

Rory and Metal Sonic are null. This is where I'd say something about Rory if I actually had anything to say about him.

I'm not even going to try reading Metal Sonic with what he has contributed because I have a feeling that he would be acting like this as either alignment at this point in the game. So he can enjoy being null until he does something that wows me

That leaves Aristophanes, ErrantParabola, and Scorpius as leaning scum/scum reads.

I dislike Aristophanes automatically concluding that one of Dwlee and KT were scum without actually committing a read in either direction. Especially since I feel like I gained absolutely nothing in terms of content to read from their exchange that he so hastily concluded was TvS. I want him to elaborate on what exactly in their interaction felt "unnatural".

Scorpius mostly because of Sir Bastion's post 260. I also don't really like him attacking the younger players. I think scum would do this to give themselves more of a presence than they otherwise would have. <----- That's a reach but I have engaged in back-and-forths that aren't game related as scum on my homesite for this exact reason (MS might remember that actually!). I also hated that one post where he excused himself from taking a stance by saying "We have ten days left what's the hurry?" That is no excuse.

Errantparabola has been asking questions that he never follows up on and I just consider most of them to be unhelpful/filler. His vote is still on his RVS target and he hasn't even tried to give any reads or make stances. I am surprised at the amount of people crying "lack of content" and no one has mentioned this guy who I think is the biggest culprit. Can we wagon this please?

I would be willing to lynch any of these three but I'd prefer to wagon Errantparabola at the moment to get something worthwhile out of him.

I started tunneling KT because he's ezpz to read. I'm 90% sure he's town this game based on his reaction. As town he generally gets really upset but as scum he seems more calm. I hate using meta but it's really the only way I can read KT because they are so sporadic.

I don't like 263's response to Bastion's 260, as Bastion raises pretty valid points and Scorpius kind of brushes them off.
I also don't like 425. I don't see how "contributing to the state of the game" equates to scumhunting, and I don't see the logic behind scorpius' response.
That being said, I don't agree with bearded. I don't think that reads lists are inherently scummy. Sure, scum can use them to make it seem like they're doing something, but town can use them for scorp's reason as well.

Oh come on now this is ridiculous. First of all, who cares how many people I am suspicious of? You think that makes me scummy? This is me scum hunting. I say what comes to my mind. You should know this from Delicious 2. And me asking KT a question does not mean I am casting suspicion on him.

I do not believe that KT should be exempt from scum hunting. I even do it myself as you pointed out. I agree with you that I shouldn't have interfered when you were interacting with him, but I don't think I have exhibited any other actions indicating that people should leave him alone, and nor should they.

Ari is an easy mislynch. I don't like how people were either quick to vote him or quick to support a vote on him while voting someone else. If aristo is town then there is scum in that pool.
I strongly dislike spiffeh's push on me. He expresses frustration that I'm coasting and "no one is interacting with me" and so he asks me what my read on scorp is, which I provide. Spiffeh looks like he couldn't care less about my answer, even after I directly ask him what he thought about it, and he ignores me, exactly what he criticizes others for doing. Somehow I feel like that last phrase was grammatically incorrect but I don't really know. Oh well. Spiffeh's 621 (see beardedcat I took your advice, be proud of me) stands out to me as odd, as he's jumping on the aristo wagon while saying he actually supports another lynch, a point which I think gummmy touches on.
Again, Dwlee and KT are probably town, at least for now. If something stands out to me as a faked interaction, I'd probably go for KT above Dwlee.
The way Scorpious attacks Bastion's line of questioning instead of actually answering them stands out to me as leaning towards scummy. I'd really like for him to answer.

but I honestly struggled with the whole COTW MS BC triangle so I am partially glad for the replacement as it might mean a bit of a clean slate to read from.

Well, this is blatantly wrong.

Dwlee's reaction to this is pretty odd. I think he just outted either himself, KT, or both as scum.

BC vs CotW is killing my soul, but it makes me feel more confident in BC.

I don't care for Tony's jump onto the Scorpious wagon. How can you not read any part of the game, other than your replacee's ISO, and confidently place a vote? I like CotW's Tony vote due to this.

In #1036, how is KT's AtE post in 892 "town frustration" but Scorpious wasn't?

Given Metal Sonic's actions, a Tony lynch wouldn't have been a bad move for Day 1, but I totally get the whole letting a replacement come in and get settled.
