I deliberately did not train last night, since the upgrade I received D3 completely removed the XP cost of my ability, thus removing any possible feedback as a side-effect. Therefore, I had absolutely no idea whether or not I was blocked.
Originally, I was a Bodyguard who would automatically sacrifice 2 XP to save myself from any deaths that happened to people I was guarding if I had at least 2 XP. I trained the first two nights, hoping for an upgrade, and eventually got one D3. I then decided I would protect Mastina with my new power, which had metamorphosized to Doctor.

We keep getting at Maki is confirmed town by Gerry. The only way Maki could be scum is with Gerry. It seemed iirc that it took awhile for Gerry to catch on that he was supposed to confirm Maki.

If mastina is town then scum has a redirector. Very powerful.

You have essentially confirmed mastina is a roleblocker. I don't see scum having that. If mastina was a scum roleblocker I think scum would have had a simpler route to a win then the current gamestate would have required.
