Penguin is scummy by VCA and the fact that the Rampage wagon had several false starts throughout the day but was resisted multiple times which is a good indication that they have help on their side. Rampage was pretty null and being pushed at a point in the game where the other shiny targets were just as viable, so why the resistance? There should have been no reason for that to happen but it did.

I pushed for Hopkirk to claim too, so that's not a good argument for JJD. Yes, JJD was also off the wagon D1, but had a stronger stance on a scum lynch D2 so I don't want to focus on it today. I don't rely solely on meta, but it helps where I'm at given everything else.
