I admittedly am very very rusty of the flavor in this game (I've seen this movie like....twice....many moons ago). The first thing I did was look up Firey's after getting that result. I wasn't quite sure what to make of it though.

Yeah that flavour sounds anti-town but after Angel flip, it’s hard to know what to make of it. I would never have expected a role like hers to be town.

At any rate, no one else has claimed vig but Sajj, so there likely insn’t more than one. Howver, I don’t really see much scum motivation in shooting GIF, although Sajj did read Rennais as town. I suppose it’s also possible that he could be a Mafia vig trying to fool town but then why no N3? I still think odds are more likely he’s town than not but far from certain rn.

That shade on CS looks really really bad. Angel’s role was so over the top scummy, it practically begged to be mislynched. Her both voting and pushing a mislynch on a hardclaimed cop D2 and a mislynch on the IC D3 didn’t exactly make her look ubertownie.

Also, Shep claimed to me on N2 and I told him I was going to be on Nico... no way I say I'm bodyguarding Nico the same night scum kill Nico. Should confirm me town.

Random made it very clear to me that he scumread her based on that chat. He said very little about that slot once Chick subbed in. Like the rest of us, he was a lot less suspicious of Chick than TPF. His reaction to that slot was very similar to everyone else’s.

He made comments about Angel’s role being “insanely bastard”. However, I think it would be in scum’s interest to keep Angel alive as long as possible because both her role and the way she handled it, pretty much made her honourary scum; so unless random was self-pressing, scumreading Angel as scum, only really makes sense if he or Chick (assuming she’s scum here) were in danger of getting lynched on D3. I think it makes way more sense for scum!random to try to get towncred for trying to stop Angel mislynch, don’t you?

My vote today will either be for Chick or Shoshin. Sajj’s redirection claim is the only thing keeping me for voting for Shoshin. I really hate all of her CS comments today but I can also see Chick as scum too based on her odd comment about scum WIFOM regarding one of the underground peops being scum. If she flipped red, that could then possibly implicate one of them - not the worst though. I think he is pretty much townlock at this point.

However, I’m having extreme trouble seeing Shoshin’s CS comments as town. I might have considered Taly but I want to wait for the sub.

As long as you didn’t suspect Wheme, not necessarily so. CS implied he had such an important town role, he expected to die N3, as did Shoshin and Wheme would know that your role is likely less important. I don’t think he’s necessarily clear.

We also need to find out who Chick investigated and what she found out as well. As the worst said, neither yours or Wheme’s role is AI but your results do seem to clear Shoshin, since she can be the only protective that could have visited Nico that night.

We need to figure out who the communicative who visited her was, because it couldn’t have been CS, due to being jailkept, so maybe that would potentially clear rzndom if he visited her, unless Taly is the communicative.

What I don’t understand is why random doesn’t claim he’s the communicative who investigated Nico? But if there’s no other communicative in the game, than he had to be the one, which would clear him, since we know his role but not alignment has been verified.

Taly was MIA during this time and had been suspecting Nico.

Either Sajj got it N1 and she is town, or she is scum and lying about it. Shoshin targetted me N1, so if Sajj is telling the truth, he is cleared because Shoshin would be dead if he’s scum and was redirected.

From reading Labyrinth wiki, I’ve found that the flavour influences the roles more than the flavour. Creature was Hoggle for example.

Barring an overwhelming counterclaim by Taly sub, this points to Shoshin being the protective role, because I didn’t visit Nico; random being the communicative because CS was jailkept and therefore roleblocked. That means that neither one could have performed the killing action.

I t makes no sense either especially for Sho to bg Nico then kill her or for random to send Nico a message before killing her (albeit less so).

Therefore, the killing action had to have been preformed by someone else. It is possible for random to have done this as a cover I suppose (although his role is a strange one for scum to have) but

he couldn’t have been the one to kill Nico

This is why I keep asking you to speculate on who his partner could be, because my current POE is Taly, Chick Wheme and the only one I could possibly see random being w/w with is Wheme, maybe Taly. I can’t see Chick being w/w with either Taly or random. I can see Wheme/Taly making the most sense. Chick/Wheme is possible if he’s bussing her.

Wheme makes the most sense for Taly. If random is scum, then Taly/Wheme makes the most sense. If Chick is scum, then Wheme makes the most sense.

Taly hanging Angel out to dry and then posting that crying gif is weird. So, I hope his sub shows up soon and claims but rn, my #1 scumspect is Wheme followed by Taly. While TPF was blatantly scummy, he only had one decent reason for pushing her. There's lots of potential scum motivations for what she did - to get information, to appear town, etc.

The thing you keep ignoring is that she shares a PM with Wheme, which means both of them are held accountable by the other. She can't lie about the findings. And she can't use her role in blatantly scummy ways.

Playing very strongly to what I know to be scum of him. The fact that he hasn't even tried to gamesolve or interact with the suspicion on him consistently throughout this game makes me very strongly to believe this is scum.

I think TPF, Creature and Angel are scum. Possibly Rennais as the fourth? There were some weird interactions between them. Rennais said that “Angel is town like me”, I believe. It will be interesting to see if GIF sheeps them on Nico vote. Rennais also had Creature crossed out on her readslist.

Why Wheme? - my main issue with him has been his weird pushes on Joral but he voted Creature and I liked his read on Nico. Obviously based on wagonomics, I can’t write him off either. We obviously have to agree to disagree on Shoshin. I don’t see how scum!Shoshin hardtown reads Nico. I can’t see Sho being w/w with Angel, soley based on that.

i will consider the case to be a milkstool. it has three legs. my read on creature, psych eval, and peripheral reads.
to begin with the main point. i know how shit creature is as playing as scum. why do i go to these lengths to avoid his lynch? as RC said, people are more likely to try and get credit off of a creature lynch than bother defending him. this point just doesn't work as an indicator of me.
on another note, i reacted the exact same way to nico's play in spring fever where they were scum and shouted me down over me pushing them for inactivity. nico is prolly town but i was not going to let them get away with lurking to victory again.
thirdly, at EoD yesterday i had a scumread n tpf and ambivalence towards creature. i thought a tpf wagon had more support than it did. calling me out for not voting someone i wasnt scumreading is kinda ridiculous.
