Both should happen, but obviously role claims before ban claims. We might be able to get some setup details through the bans that might make some claimed roles less likely to be in the setup. Not outing the bans doesn't give town any advantage after roles have been claimed and no inherent disadvantage in claiming them. Might as well do it when there are more people alive than wait for later or never.

Anyway, back to actually getting things done. We should probably coordinate something for our power roles. Should we use Rhinox to confirm our PR's (assuming we can trust him) or try to find scum in our vanilla towns? I willing to believe Majiffy is town by virtue of his claim, and he should probably be protecting me. If he doesn't die in the next night or two, we should start looking into him at that time. Gooner should be watching the PR's or CTD/PJ. Watcher/Tracker combo, particularly the watcher, is kind of powerful (then again, Bus Driver). The fact that neither got any results is bleh, and the possibility of Ninja is probably somewhat high assuming both of them are town. Anyone have any mod meta on Dramonic as far as how crazy/swingy/weird his setups are?

We have a week left to decide this lynch since the massclaim took so long. I need to reread the game again since I basically forgot all of my reads from this game. I recall having Coug as a scum read from Day 1. I suppose I could swing for LLD for today's shenanigans, but that's probably going to change once I look through the thread again.

I don't know why you guys are trying to direct my protection. Pretty much guarantees the protection won't go through. Have Majiffy protect me. Have Gooner watch one of Majiffy or me. I'll protect who I please and let the mafia try to WIFOM it out. Have Rhinox investigate the VT's. Confirming our roles through each other will not only be a waste of night actions, it leaves us vulnerable. If there's scum in our PR's, it's probably Gooner since Watcher is pretty powerful with the other roles at hand. Then again, so is Doc, Bodyguard, and Nurse. However, we should be lynching through the VT's today and probably tomorrow.

Rhinox: I recall those comments LLD made in Vi's game about the fake anger she employed there, so it did make me suspicious when she went into CAPS lock rage here. I would say however that she's not the right lynch today, even if the lack of contribution is extremely annoying. She has nothing at all, so I'd at least like her attempt at contributing at the thread. If she doesn't by the end of the day, I'd be more than happy to lynch her tomorrow (barring a stronger scumread on someone else).

The fact that scum went after Nikanor with a goon implies no Ninja or Strongarm because leaving a doc, tracker, watcher, and bodyguard alive is close to suicide (joke semi-intended) assuming they're all town. The only real read Nikanor seems to have made besides his vote is thinking that LLD is town. With the amount of shit being thrown at her, I don't think scumLLD would have her team kill the only real safety net in place for her. Annoying as she has been, I don't think it's the right lynch today. I haven't really had the chance to read into Zdenek, but his reasons for voting BB today are pretty meh, especially with his interactions with scum point towards townBB.

Going after Chronopie for his ban claim is pretty stupid when considering the gamestate. Everyone had already claimed, and with no cop claim, there was no real motivation to fake it. I brought it up partially out of sudden interest and partially to see who would try to paint him as scum for it. I'm willing to say he's town for now. BB is town, so is Argula, and Tebow, and CTD...

Regardless, we have a ridiculous lead at the moment, and the tracker/watcher are starting to become really powerful. We have 3 mislynches before we would reach MyLo assuming five scum and even that seems unlikely.

There was no death on Night 3. The only causes are a mafia no kill or my protection of CTD going through. I see no reason to believe mafia would no kill unless they somehow knew I was the doctor, and even then they would have no idea who I would protect.

Kind of wish we had a confirmed town, but whatever. Majiffy should be tracked sometime soon because the fact that scum have only been making attempts at the other power roles instead of the protective roles is pretty jarring especially when Rhinox proposed the idea of leaving the protective roles un-watched the Night before. It makes more sense with scum-Majiffy since killing me would mean his own death. Sending Zdenek on a suicide mission also seems inline with his playstyle, but I'm probably reading too much into that. Compromising to the Chronopie lynch instead of the Zdenek lynch is also pretty bad, and his approach to the Zdenek guilty also seemed out of place. However, a lot of this points can also be shared with Tebow. I'm somewhat torn on lynching Majiffy, though, as I don't want to lose my only protection at the moment, and it allows for more tracks (which have essentially become cop innocents/guilties).

Rhinox, Gooner, and CTD are all town from my own protections. Pretty sure Elmo just towntold. Arugula siteflaked (last visited on the 21st of August), so he couldn't send the kill. BBmolla may have megabussed, but it seems doubtful. That leaves Tebow, Majiffy, and LLD as the only real candidates. It seems pretty straightforward at this point.

I protected Gooner last night for that very reason. Figured scum had one player left, so killing you wouldn't be an option. I'm assuming Gooner is watching you until Majiffy dies. I disagree on Elmo. He's been playing like this in pretty much every game I've seen him in recently. I'm not entirely opposed to it, but I think Tebow is a better candidate for reasons I will explain later because I pulled an all-nighter and need rest.

I don't think this is necessarily true. I think it's certainly a possibility that scum simply sacrificed Zdenek. He was the most likely lynch anyway, so they figured they could at least kill an investigative role in the process. He'd still get lynched no matter if he got tracked or watched, but at least it leaves one less investigative role to deal with after his death which is certainly much more manageable for scum than what we have now.

I was a tad paranoid at the possibility of of him being a scum watcher, although looking through his ISO, my mind is put at ease. Although his push on Jackal came in very late in the wagon, he seemed very intent on getting the wagon through in the little time he had. Considering that it seems the bus driver may be the only scum PR, I don't think he'd push it that thoroughly. He voted Coug Day 2 as well, but he never really pushed it.

And now that credibility is kind of shot since all he's done since then is push on Arugula and never voted for Zdenek and Coug (V/LA may have something to do with that and general lack of activity). Compromising to Chronopie instead of Zdenek and also was annoyed at BB for never elaborating much for his scum read on Zdenek. But then jumping back on Arugula is probably a town move. Meeeeh. I'm probably just overthinking the slot. Even if he's scum, Rhinox can't die, so I'm content letting it live.

Yeah, there's not much to go into here. Voted Chronopie and LLD. Eeeh, I guess I can see the validity in the lynch. The nurse claim I guess was interesting enough to make me stay away from the lynch, and it still does. Hoe crafty is kdowns usually?

That Coug push. Damn. Faking that much commitment to a bus would seem pretty counterproductive to absolutely everything he should be doing. It's hard to imagine him doing it as scum.

Still, there are some things that rub me the wrong way.

Okay, maybe only one thing. The Chronopie wagon is incredibly infuriating. Much more in Tebow's case because he made it perfectly clear that there were plenty of reasons for Zdenek being scum. The fact that he went for herpaderp lurker bothers me. However, he's constant attempts at sparking discussion read town. >.>

I had been thinking of the possibility of mafia no killing as well. It made sense before hand. Trying to kill the investigation roles would lead to me possibly protecting, and killing me meant using two kills (first Majiffy then me) which leaves them really vulnerable to the Tracker investigations either clearing two people or finding the last scum. With Majiffy dead, though, I don't get why I'm still alive. Sure, there's still the tracker investigation to worry about, but they just need to go and kill him next, leaving only one confirmed player alive. The mafia will have to kill both Rhinox and me eventually to win at LyLo, so inactivity seems to explain the situation the best.

As for the confirmability of our PR's: Rhinox and I should be in the clear. Assuming one scum left, the attempted Rhinox kill should tell us as much. If Gooner is town, then Rhinox and I are confirmed town through his investigation. If Gooner is scum, I don't see the possibility of a 6 man scumteam. This also means CTD is also confirmed. Gooner being scum is possible, though. He had to say something after the failed kill otherwise he would be exposed. My preferred lynch order would probably be Gooner ---> Elmo ---> LLD ---> Tebow. Even worst case scenario that BB is last scum, we still have enough confirms to win at LyLo. At the moment, I'm assuming the reason for the no kills is inactivity, hence the order of my preferred lynches. And if I'm dead tomorrow, that's still one investigation that Rhinox gets in, leaving Rhinox, CTD, and one other player as confirmed town against 4 possible scum which should be winnable. Might even be worth it to keep Elmo alive at that point to test his nurse claim. Actually, tracking him tonight would probably be best as it tells us his alignment if I die, meaning either a win through a guilty or a win through too many confirmed players with a protection still left.

Well my reads continue to be mediocre I see. What was the point of a scum nurse? I guess it tells them there's a Doc in game and makes a convenient claim. Or would it be of use for tracker and watcher investigations?

I don't even know which were successful docs and which were scum not submitting kills at this point. =P I hope I wasn't too much of a pain. I had basically ignored a lot of the thread expecting to die after claiming and not in fact surviving all the way to Day 9. Night actions and quicktopics would be nice. I really like the setup idea.
