I like my naked votes, they get interesting reactions. I use my vote as a tool to push people around a bit and it seemed to get you and Chara out in the open so I think it's safe to say it's game moving play. I can't help that my concern felt fake to you unfortunately.

i do understand the notion of disliking naked votes in general, but when you can point to specific posts of mine you don't like i wonder why you're surprised to see players voting me without explanation. it looked like a question for the sake of it, but i suppose you were making a point?

I think you're answering your own question again. I pointed out what I didn't like, and voted you. I pointed out that I didn't like that others didn't state what they didn't like, and naked voted you. So I asked them why they did.

~Locktown read on TU was yuck and felt fake.
~Chara progression is yuck and doesn't make sense: Didn’t like Chara until they voted eth0s first (which was a blah vote given the slot had like 2 posts). Chara moves to null. Then likes Chara’s D1 iso (but it could be scum!Chara faking), so assumes town. Then Chara is definite town because she pulls off an easy to fake “why are you town reading me” play. Chara is now in locktown spot. TU and I claim, Chara drops from lock town spot. Now “thinks” Chara is town. What changed?

If we all agree on a town!TornUp read then it makes the D1 wagon more interesting because it means either both scum stayed off of it (in Mumble-Flubber scumteam world) or there's lock scum between {Hopkirk, GL, Not_Mafia}.

Mumble/Flubber is impossible, and I don't see N_M or you as scum right now.

If we aren't getting Chara, I want GL.

N_M is scum, then his partner is already on the wagon or will be hammering it.

If partner is Chara: Why lead the charge instead of trying to get someone mislynched? If N_M flips scum, I will re-eval my Chara read (if I'm not dead; which I probably will be).
If partner is GL: Why sheep Chara instead of pushing Flubber given there is enough interest in that lynch?
If partner is Flubber: Well. Most likely it is if N_M=scum.
If partner is Hopkirk: Why hammer, instead of agreeing with me on GL and pushing that forward.

Of course, if N_M is town, Chara needs to be quicklynched.

So, to recap:

N_M = scum; quick lynch Flubber
N_M = town; quick lynch Chara
