I'm thinking it might actually be more interesting to let this game run to deadline, and have the spy guess the location. He'd have a much harder time guessing the location then us the spy... and if the spy knew what the location was, he would have come forward already...

pedit: I don’t think a spy would ever know a location for sure with a moderately competent town, running to deadline is probably fine but if we can figure out the spy and force them to guess with less info that seems smarter

My gut says don't hard defend someone unless there's danger of an accusation you're almost sure is wrong...but I'm very open to ideas here

What if we state how many reads we have of a certain strength to cover the player list, e.g., X never votes Y probtowns Z scum candidates?

That way if town is synced up on never votes/strong townreads we might be able to also see how harmonious we are without giving specifics to scum?
