if day ends without all delegates cast, do the resolutions pass anyway?

Just like in Civilization V, if a resolution up for open debate has more delegates supporting than opposing, it will pass - either after all delegates have been cast, when remaining delegates cannot change the outcome of open debate, or at deadline. This means both could pass, one could pass and one could fail, or neither could pass (if enough delegates are assigned opposing both resolutions).

Scum only have one objective, Bujaber: Eliminate all enemies.
In singleball, that means defeat the town.
In multiball, it means all factions that aren't their own.

I started using the whole 'levels' thing as a joke a long time ago, but it refers to the level of WIFOM that a player is playing on.
Level 2 Scum would mean it's scum trying to play in a way that looks town.

I think that mafia is a more complex game than having a checklist of "Things scum would do" and "Things town would do" and just weighing each player on that scale.
Limiting yourself to that scope only sets you up to get gamed by scum and inhibit your abilities as town, imo.

Real talk, I gave the 'on another level' role in Varsoon Mafia to my IRL friend Xiao Long because he's the only dude who even got the 'level' stuff at that time.
I think it all started as a joke in Open 512 C9++ (if that's the right number, could be misremembering) where I was just spouting off as much BS as possible to try to clog the thread with noise while my team bussed me.
Did not work out. Bad strat. I have disavowed noise strats.

Think this is the direction for today. His delay in response to Gamma is bad. I asked him who is scum, he doesn't have that. Originally I asked him why he was being silent, and he said responded with this: #265. If he were truly busy, he'd mention it there. Here he posts this: #359. Note after I ask him 'who's scum', there are no posts. After Gamma asks him why he voted him, no post. There's no scum hunting there whatsoever.

Fun fact: I played Civ V with Marshy and a group of friends a long time ago. Fun game. I think I was going to have a random battle too! Sadly, my laptop turned off and we couldn't continue. I will note here that I am not that savvy with all the Civ talk though.
