Oh!! Also! I was kind of trying to get into Thor's pocket and he told me (kindly) to fuck off.
And GreyICE thinks they're hot shit and is also a contentious slot, for some reason?

Man, I am doing a right shit job of living up to this hydra's whole namesake gimmick.

You were trying to get into my pocket?

Also, most of what I'm reading there is;
I'm glossing over the game.
My hydra partner is doing it even worse.
Why do people scumread this empty glossing slot?

I've got a hint for you...

I don't want to lynch you today, but you and/or your partner need to pick up your game or replace out. Seriously.

As far as I'm aware, for what I was around for:
People thought I was tn5421.
Tchill and (nero, I think?) were making a bunch of lame scummy posts, so I voted tchill
Someone claimed a guilty on maria
I voted maria
Maria died
Losers like Spiffeh and Hopkirk scumread me out of the maria flip, somehow?
Now I'm here.
Everything I said still stands.

If you are town I suggest start doing town things. Who do you think is scum based on the Maria flip?

@Thor: I meant it more as an admission of where I'm at and a reachout.

@Spiffeh: I don't think the scum could've known there'd be a daycop or daykill, so I feel that there's probably scum on the wagon.
You've made the suggestion of 'doing town things' but that strikes me as incredibly bizarre.
Why should I do town things? That seems artificial. If I could just 'do town things', then what's stopping me from that as scum?
Shouldn't your suggestion be more about engagement with the game or catching scum or something?
Like, reck's response seems much more based in actually trying to push me to play the game at hand rather than generate artifice.
It's just strange to me
What do you even define as 'town things'?

Out of Centipede Syndrome(210), Brian Skies(104), Gorkington(180), Spiffeh(100), Brigand Vvulf(73), Tchill13(90), CheekyTeeky(127), Quick(315), Hopkirk(144)

I still don't like tchill, obviously don't like Hopkirk, and I'm even iffy on Spiffeh and Cheeky.
Of course, that's also probably cus those are the folks I think went for me after?

I could not tell you Centipede or Brian or Vvulf's contributions to this game

Cheeky's posts re: the guilty look a shitload like scum bussing for credit. Quick's disbelief is a lil lean scum for me but I could still see that coming from town.

Yeah--I just realized that when I went back through the pages just now.
It seemed like Centi was originally kind of trying to make it look like they were just leaning hard on Elli's scumread.

So one big thing that's been put front and center by the mod and is even more apparent with the flip is that this game is absolutely busted if town can co-ordinate its power.
While I'm not going to advocate for a mass claim because
1. It'd never happen neatly enough
2. It'd be outguessing the mod/strongarming the 'game' in a way that I fundamentally hate
3. Scum probably still have a few ways to shut town power down so it could cost us the game anyway

But I wanna make a footnote here that I think, given this early scum death, a massclaim could technically win the game at this point. We'll return to this idea in post, I guess?

More on this: It's perfectly fine for town to put stock in a claimed guilty D1, but there's no way town corrals for it as hard as Cheeky did. Consider especially the point in the wagon where Cheeky did it, too--it was inevitable the wagon was going to end up in a lynch, so Cheeky used that momentum to try to yesman it and look town for insisting on the merits of the guilty. The lack of reasonably skepticism strikes me as incredibly disingenuous and makes me wholeheartedly believe that Cheeky knew the flip was going to come up Red.

Like the only point of reservation I have in this push is that Cheeky was really adamant in pointing to some team mafia meta point as proof that a D1 guilty was actually possible in this game, but even then, that's still something that scum could post just as easily.

There was no guilty on Maria

People stupidly kept referring to Elli's read on Maria as a guilty, but there was no actual guilty

Then that's all the more reason to think Cheeky's scum for pushing that narrative.

From what I understand Cheeky was pushing that because she thought Elli was claiming a guilty based on his program or whatever that Chesskid used to dominate the game in Team Mafia, which is why she cited that game. So while her level of confidence was confusing at first I can at least see where she was coming from.

also i'm treating Elli's scumread as a guilty (because it is) so let's find some buddies.
