this is equally terrible. there's no progression here from null to scumlean, and everytime he's engaged with ico, he's acted like ico was some sort of town player that demanded his attention. he also leaves the wagon open for the wishy washy read and prominent vote on him later on once the wagon gained full momentum. plus, a case? wtf? this isn't 2009, son.
