Yeah that's the thing. So CF has to be affected by a rule that hasn't gone around a lot, but also....no one seems to want to have them a lot, or get rid of them. As for trades, it depends on what Rule 17 is.

And don't pretend you have leverage Haschel, pretty much everyone knows what I'm offering when I say I'll give you a link, that is incentive enough.

Vash: Everyone knows exactly what you're offering. Only I know why the status quo right now benefits me at the end of the game. If things continue as is, that's fine by me. If you trade away a Link to anybody else, then that works for me too. Of course, I don't believe anybody else has motive to trade for only one Link, so here we are.
