Even if its normal for Ko to lie, here he claimed he didn't send 2 roles in, only one.
We know what have happened if a player didn't send a role, he would have been proded.
Kokichi wasn't proded.
So even for Kokichi it is a proscumlie.

I am also not sure if I believe our miller/death-miller that counts for purposes to any role targetting him as scum, that has some extras.
If town did send that role I exspect a claim about the hiden parts.
If scum did it, why give that role extras?

There are several possibilities for that:
1. Scum submitted that role Round 1.
2. Scum submitted that role Round 2 and gave it additional powers because:
-scum could have recieved the role
-it had higher chances of being in game as not exclusively antitown role.

Why? RVS is a necessary evil, and the fact that we have enough AI info from pregame to jump right past it is amazing! We can get to the "good parts" of the game now.

Actually your "AI info" is awful. RVS generates better comment than nitpicking pregame banter.

I was questioning if I should answer this publically but, since this is not AI as it took place before alignments were received, I figure it's worth mentioning as it has inadvertently caused some confusion.

Kokichi did not submit a first role. However, I decided not to issue a prod over it. All matters relating to Kokichi not submitting a 1st role are not AI.

Why does it specifically have to be a scum submission if it's the first round? No one had an alignment then, so why is it impossible for the person who made it draw town and said person hasnt posted yet, or opts to not claim it for their own reasons?

I could lynch stefen maybe. thinking about it, how is me "lying" about not submitting a 1st role a scumline?

If i were scum, it would help me come up with a fake claim for a partner or myself, there is no reason for me as scum to say i didn't make one.
