Beginning to think that having all the VTs claim first isn't really necessary and a claim order starting with the scummiest people would make a lot more sense.

Ohh, I figured it out.

If all the PRs are taken, no PRs are actually going to lie about their roles, so the VTs should claim first.

However, if there are a bunch of PRs left and all the VTs claim their submissions, it gives mafia claimspace.

So I think it'll actually make more sense to claim in order of scumminess since we'll have at least 2 PRs left over.

And forgot that Janitor just claimed VT.
Although I lowkey think that's a lie and they're actually the roleblocker but w/e

1. I've explained this. Janitor is the most likely partner for Lalendra, is scum off posting and meta (while Lalendra plausibly could've had a major fuckup), and lynching Janitor confirms me as town, meaning people can't keep blathering about Mathdino paranoia.
Lynching scum-Janitor while assuming Lalendra is scum allows the PRs to act knowing there's only one scum remaining.
Plus we already have essentially a guilty -- the cop and a hypothetical doc/roleblocker are 1v1ing. It's not at all unlikely that Janitor IS that doc/roleblocker, and lynching them frees up Iconeum's night action.

2. I expect most people are on my side but don't want to put Janitor at L-1. Lalendra is incentivised to quickhammer.

If you want to contribute, then you should be going back through D1 (who rereads these days) and finding partners for Lalendra and/or Janitor.

rather than modifying their play to be more townread

like there's a clear meta for what roles people select and where on the draft

top 1/3 gets cop, tracker/jailkeeper, ubackup, and neighborizer (because people love neighborizer)
middle 1/3 gets vig, doc/roleblocker, n3vig/venge
bottom 1/3 gets watcher/commuter and whatever the middle 1/3 misses

but nope, everyone is stubborn

that said you have to understand why the high chance of freeing up the cop is higher EV than lynching confscum role cop
