Because to do a VoteCount by hand you gather all votes then count how many are on the wagon unless starting from copy pasta.

I've been getting weird gut pings from MariaR all game, can't say they are scum pings, it's just she has this weird aura around her that makes me hard to give her a hard TR, and the only reason I do so right now it's because of her soft.

if ETL wanted to make a fake count of votes all she'd had to do is adjust the people on the wagon to make it look like 5 votes.
Since the mitake was obvious, there's no gain from anyone to do it, and so it's more likely, a mistake.

Nah our wincon (Town) expliclity states we need to eliminate everyone aligned with the institute.
And so once everyone aligned with the institute is dead we win, ergo there's no third parties that interfere with our win condition.

also, i see people discussing RCs case on me, but it had so many misinterpretations - my interactions with Nero where driven by our past experience, i was even replaced out of game after fight with him, when we both were town, next point was that i didn't parked my vote on biggest wagon 10 days before deadline, like i ever do such things over going to vote my nulls to have better grasp on them...

That is indeed what our wincon states.

However there is sole survivor or just survival which is a common theme in Fallout.

Which would mean a person siding with both town and scum just to survive.

ETL does fit that ticket.
