Cause Firebringer is obviously the worst scum ever. No townie would claim to be the innocent child this early, and they especially wouldn't do it without actually showing they were. It would only make them a target for lynch if they weren't the actual innocent child and would cause the actual one to out themselves to ensure the lynch. It is a very poor town move and an even worse scum move. To me, he is being scum in hopes of outing the other power role now that one is outed. The scum could then possibly lynch one and kill the other tonight, and then go to Day 2 up 4 to 2, then Day 3 they would be up 3-1, and a mislynch, which would be likely would end the game night 3. So yeah, it is quite obvious that firebringer is scum and to me, your little interaction in this game seems scummy to me, so I feel our best bet is that you are his scum partner.

Its definitely weird to claim innocent child this early in the game, but I think its too soon for you to be saying that he's "obviously scum". If he's scum who's trying to out the real innocent child, I doubt that they would actually take the bait for the same reasons that you just laid out. So it would be a dumb gambit on scum's part and the real IC would probably start to tunnel them. I also don't see how me saying "i like your avatar" is scummy. I just came back from a 1 year hiatus and he changed his avatar lol

I don't think he's really the innocent child. There are two reasons I can think of for why a member of the town would fake claim it, but I'm only going to mention one of them. Someone might do it to see how people react and maybe bait someone from the scum team to act opportunistically. Deciding who seems genuine and who doesn't would help you to form reads. I think we should press him more because I'm not sure if I think he's town or not.

and I was just making a comment on how the tone of ur posts just doesn't seem to match with words.
Like the posts read as though ur curious about what others are thinking but its done in a detached way that seems absent of any connection to the words.

I am saying ur not concerned about the alignment of the people pushing you as much as you are getting them to town read you.

For example, why correct me when you were voting me and unsure of my alignment? Did it come across to you that I was misrepresenting anything in order to throw shade? Cause it doesn't seem that way.

I think we need to discuss why the suicide bombing this early in the game.

It seems to be a premature move, especially since no one suspected 123 enough to lynch him. I know if I was bomber, I would have held out til I was L1. So there has to be some reason as to why the mafia decided to do it early. I feel we need to discuss this in the case we are wrong about Vulcan.

It seems pretty straight forward to me. Penguin told 123 that he should use his vig shot on Firebringer or something smart because 123 wasn't sure about them. 123 knew that he wasn't actually the vig and couldn't carry out the shot. He also knew that the real big would probably kill him. So he died and tried to take out the IC at the same time. The Mafia got lucky because they ended out taking out the real big. Or maybe they suspected Firebringer was the real vig. Since 123 was pushing something smart and 123 flipped scum, the natural conclusion is that something_smart is probably town. But I think he should still be in the lynch pool because there's the possibility that 123 was bussing him and knew his suicide bombing would erase any suspicion we had for SS. These are all the reasons I can come up with for it

It's more likely that Vulcan is his partner though because they never really made any efforts to sort each other and their interactions don't feel right. Plus Vulcan really wanted Firebringer dead and voted with 123 on the SS wagon

Guys, I am fine being the lunch of you feel I am the scummiest. It does narrow down the list and then IC can claim tomorrow and lead; but I am town. Then you will go into Day 3 with a player who has been seriously inactive and has managed to give no reads to anyone, which in and of itself is scummy. I sat back last night and read over this going back and forth between Vulcan and I and it seems like this is something scum wants. I do believe smart is town because with me believing he is town, scum would want me to come to day 3 with them. So Smart wouldn't vote or push my lunch as scum. Vulcan, I am still unsure about you, but I think right now if I had to choose between you, Mafia, or Penguin, I have to go Not_Mafia. I would rather have it be you, me, and penguin; or penguin, me, and smart; or Vulcan, smart, and penguin in Day 3. Not Mafia has no place going forward. And guess what, if you still think I am scum, then whoever the IC is can hammer me and lose the game for town.

Oh, I read through, they quick lynched you, so you didn't have time to defend or claim. That was town on the town's part. Hammering no lynch D1 was stupid too. Idk how in the world town won this, they don't deserve it. I've never seen such bad town play outside of a newbie game. At least the 1-Shot Vig played well.
