A term people use a lot is the term "Anti-town" to define people that play against town's win condition. Well I think the way Katsuki is playing is anti-scum, it may be of no help to town, but is even less helpful for scum, not pushing an agenda and potentially being scumread and lynched for it, the only scum motivation it could have is not providing content, and that's actually NAI for katsuki (scum citation needed, but he does it as town), the way he purposefully fake claimed a post restriction makes it lean more towards town side, coz that draws more attention than is needed, not helping scum at all.

Even if you take out the anti-scum option, Kats lack of content D1 is something NAI.

Except not doing anything does help scum, not doing anything as you see gives you days to stay alive in ms meta. It gives no leads if you get lynched fir people to find your partners. It enables your partners to bus you for cred. It does a whole fucking lot.

For town though? A potentially wrong mislynxh later in the game. Much town assistance.

My only remotely recent experience with Katsuki is Minuet's trio, not only did he do nothing D1, he also fake claimed a guilty that got scum lynched. Ank can attest to that coz Ank knew Katsuki was roleblocked that night on that game.

You basically want to lynch someone on NAI reasons as I have provided a counter example, not only that you also wanted to give a potential scum a super power, and since you knew Katsuki wasnt gonna flip mason, chain lynches (I mean sure he could flip scum, but I know im not, alhtough considering you wanting to lynch him, makes me believe more that he's town)

So from a Shiro PoV it'd be getting 1 town lynch, 1 scum lynch and 1 free kill.

the point is to reduce scum's ability to act as much as possible

who knows if we'll ever get the medium power again
who knows how many people picked that one up

this is the type of game where scum's best chances are outlasting the most competent players gaming the setup and abusing the rest to spin the game to their own advantage

this is why I don't want scum getting that power, because that spirit medium power is extremely powerful in this game and if scum get enough neutralizers, then we literally just lose that advantage for nothing

play the long game, not the short game

there's a reason why I say that early scum kills can be the reason town loses games
