and I would assume that with me around he'd be less apt to actually vote his partner because he would know that I'd just lock in a 1v1

but at the same time I would expect even if I wasn't certain to feel something about an interaction being SvS and I don't feel that here

RF immediately voting Pine to make a counterwagon to NR when she gets 2 votes, also happy to jump ship to NM as long as its not NR, NR jumping there too
NR calling Ausuka's twilight play scummy before it was even confirmed that NM hadn't flipped scum
RF staying at the sidlines querying townies interest in voting townies, not even reacting to me offering to give NR/Pine the win
RF then going and crossing out a bunch of NR scumteams without looking at other scumteams at all then waffling and keeping options open on every read he has (despite a claimed hard ausuka scumread) but not giving a read on NR, sole interaction with NR feels extremely bland and meaningless

can't say that the other possibilities are literally never but this feels like the solve.
