Let’s assume the converse. With Titus going down it’s highly unlikely barring factional powers scum know what is coming up. So unless they have a factional precog I doubt Titus gives powers to anyone but Ank. There could be a cop that determines abilities or a historian that figures out who got powers what night. Titus being a meticulous planner would absolutely be driven apeshit by this and likely does give Ank powers.

There are a lot of things saying you're town. There's a few things that are causing me to wonder. Like I'm just trying to figure out the you / Shiro fighting in light of the fact Shiro flipped town. I'm also trying to figure out why scum would want me leader over Sakura or if they left it a coin toss. But a coin toss doesn't seem like a Titus! scum thing, but then again she's dead.

Powers could come up that say "Reveal superpower team on Night 2." or another power like Power Mimicry (which I am not 100% sure I buy that UFO just forgets to submit anything like ever.) that acts as a universal cop of the lurkers. I don't think scum!Titus puts people at risk like that unless she was 100% sure she could get townfirmed and convinced her lurker buddies to go along with it. It's definitely not something I would see a lot of people do as scum.
