I enjoyed hard knocks this year but I think Houston's year may have been better because of Wilfork and Watt. The Browns O-line Coach and Karl Nassib finacial advice were highlights in my opinion. Glad financial advice from Kendricks was not given out...

Browns should be better this year, no where to go but up.

Last nights game had many penalties and a very similar outcome to last years playoff game between those teams

Their first win is probably going to be against the Jets Week 3 because of goddamn course we'd be the first team to lose to them in twenty games

I wouldn't be shocked if the Jets surprised people this year. Not in a "Omg Darnold is taking them to the Super Bowl" kind of way. But more like the Bills last year where they quietly snuck into the playoffs, lost in the first round, and people are forgetting they were even there.

I think 7-9 is what I’d reasonably expect.

well the reason for that is they kinda seemed to be trying to tank by trading their best player on each side of the ball and semi-consistently tried to bench their starting QB

Wow I don't think I've been that fucking mad about a regular season game since Tampa Bay in 2014. What a fucking shitshow, if we were playing a competent team 7 fucking turnovers would have rapidly turned into a rout.

After last year I will take a tie against a team people thought would normally beat us

Yeah but a Pop Warner team would have won with 6 turnovers and 120 gifted penalty yards by double digits.

The Browns are +5 in takeaways today. Since the Browns returned to the NFL, teams with a turnover margin of +5 or better in a game are 132-4-1. The Browns are responsible for two of those losses and the tie.

I really felt Pitt was just trolling in that game
Giving up a tie was worth all of that troll
especially now that Cleveland has talked themselves into tie=win
its even trollier

Also it looks like odds of Rosen and Mayfield starting sometime this year have gone up quite a bit now

Pretty sad that Aaron Rogers had to come off the field like he did last night.
He’s basically been pro for as long as I’ve been alive, so this year is probably going to mark an end to a football era from my perspective.

tie = better than last year. tie != win

I knew Buffalo was making a big mistake starting Nate. Did not realize how big. Darnold will technically be first to start. Allen will be second. Rosen will be next since Glass Bradford won't last as long as Tyrod

Also I have to say I don't really like the new rule about D-lineman not being able to fall on a QB. I don't even know how they are supposed to pull that off. And the one play I saw someone do it, they got called for it anyway.
