We still have about 4 days before the deadline for day 1 is up, and I probably won't be able post again until tomorrow night at the soonest. Is it really necessary to hammer and end the day this early?

honestly, from my point of view it depends on gamestate. I feel like MR is almost taking the game hostage by hyperposting but refusing to do so much that would actually add value.

at this point we've already had several pages worth of posts which were more or less talking in circles (admittedly: I was part of this problem for a while). several of us have made very real attempts to sort MR.

I'm absolutely ready for the flip.

Ok. A quick rehash on the setup and claiming Day 2.
Two VT's died. If we lynch town now its LYLO tomorrow, and Pr claims will get countered.
So should there be a claim? That differs greatly between setups.
However, there are two PR's that should now, with 2 VT's dead, and that's the Neapolitan, who should, with 2 VT's dead, claim regardless, and the Tracker who will be always with two other people. The others should not claim, yet.
The reason for this(Tracker) is that we definitely need someone who is very likely to be town. The reason for Neapolitan differs - all its setups are very good for claiming Nea in this situation.

As such, we first should all claim Not Tracker or Tracker... then Not Neapolitan or Neapolitan.

To answer the question:I always thought wagon evaluation to be dangerous with just two scum and daychat, and no clue who scum actually is. You maybe can assume where a scumpartner of a flipped scum was based on the scums playstyle and interactions, but without flipped scum its too inaccurate. Was there really an alternative to MR, except me, at that point? TW was too deeply entrenched with support. As such the suspicion of two scum on wagon is extremely dangerous. It doesn't look like a wagon the scum needed to push with all their votes, considering the game state. As such the scum probably did what was good for them. Whether that was voting the suspect, or not, we don't know.

I think we might do some claims. If we lynch a town today, we're at lylo tomorrow, as NK15 said. If pr's claim, one of the pr's will die tonight, because the mafia will want to get him. But getting at lylo makes it dangerous for town. So maybe a claim will help?

I'm 99% certain there is at least one scum who voted for MR. I'm not exactly sure about two scum, but there could be. The lynch did happen early, which means that probably there were two scum to have pushed this. But like I said, I wouldn't bet on that.
