Only flavors i know nothing about is Undernight and BlazBlue, and no one in RWBY or Persona strikes me as someone who would deal with blood.
Unless it's some sort of scum factional ability I guess im trusting Dunn about it being Undernight related.

It happened at the start of the night so it's probably not related to any Hood ability, i probably got targeted by it during the day and it triggered at the start of the night?
